The Hayloft rests on a working farm in Calne, Wiltshire and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

The Hayloft is a delightful first floor apartment on a working farm. The Hayloft consists of a kitchen with oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and breakfast seating, a dining area seating four guests, and a sitting area with TV and sound bar. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and twin, serviced by a shower room. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Outside, there is a front garden with barbecue and furniture, outdoor bike storage area, and off-road parking. Two well-behaved dogs is welcome, but sorry, no smoking anywhere at the property. Enjoy your trip to the property The Hayloft. Note: Two flights of stairs upto property. Note: Good Housekeeping Bond of 350GBP. Note: Please be aware that some landscaping work may still be ongoing nearby the property. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside, as there is livestock near the property. Note: Dogs are allowed off-lead in the secure garden area. Note: Please note that dogs will need to be able to climb stairs to the entrance of the property.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair, travel cot, and baby bath available on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Front garden with gravel, patio, barbecue, and furniture. Outside bike storage area. Two well-behaved dogs welcome - must be friendly with children and other dogs. Sorry, no smoking anywhere on site. Shop 3.6 miles, pub 2.9 miles, river 1.4 miles. Note: Two flights of stairs up to property, please take care. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £350. Note: A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for occasional guest use, but this must be arranged in advance with the owners. Note: The access path, hallway and stairwell are shared with the farm office. Note: Please be aware that occasional landscape work may still be ongoing nearby the property. Note: The property is located on a working farm, dogs must be kept on leads whilst outside of the enclosed garden, children must be supervised at all times, dogs will need to be able to climb stairs to entrance of property and a dog crate can be provided by the owner if required. We ask that dogs must never be left unattended at The Hayloft. Note: Guests are welcome to arrange a farm visit to meet this animals, but this must be arranged beforehand with the owners.

Region: Wiltshire is a county offering cultural richness, historical sites, friendly people and attractions for all the family. A holiday in Wiltshire really does have something to suit everyone at any time of year.

Town: The ancient market town of Calne nestles in the valley of the River Marden, lying in the heart of the picturesque North Wiltshire countryside, below the Marlborough Downs. Calne is a friendly, bustling community with a good range of local shops, pubs and restaurants and an historic conservation area, and makes an ideal base from which to explore this fascinating area. Silbury Hill, the highest man made mound in Europe, and the famous stone circle at Avebury are only a short drive away, while the magnificent house and gardens at Bowood, on the edge of Calne, are well worth a visit. Visit the pretty National Trust village and abbey at Lacock, take a relaxing, narrow boat trip on the nearby Kennet and Avon canal or enjoy the cosmopolitan city of Bath, also within easy reach. A great location with plenty to offer.

Absolutely amazing little farmhouse with spectacular views. This place was immaculate and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We had easy drives to Stonehenge, Longleat, and Castle Combe, but stayed out from the crowds and tourists. We highly recommend and would stay here anytime we’re in this part of the country. Absolutely brilliant host!
