The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, cookware, and utensils. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

The apartment features three beautifully furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a spacious wardrobe, while the other two bedrooms each include a queen-size bed. All beds are made with premium hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.

The modern bathrooms are equipped with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.

To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every guest's arrival.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with elevator access, offering both convenience and comfort.

Please note that the apartment is situated on a lively street, so you may occasionally hear some city noise.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

In this area, you’re steps away from the charming Old Town, the iconic Sé Cathedral, and the bustling Mercado dos Lavradores. Stroll through beautiful gardens like Jardim Municipal or enjoy the stunning views from the Madeira Cable Car. Nearby, savour local flavours at restaurants like Armazém do Sal or O Tasco, where Madeiran cuisine shines.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Madeira airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
