Trailside ski a Sachem Trail, condominio conveniente y acogedor

A pocos pasos del sendero Sachem. Se alquila solo unas pocas veces al año. Estamos en el Edificio 10. La mayoría de los días nos ponemos los esquís justo en frente del condominio y esquiamos a Sachem, que está a unos 50 pasos. Esquias todo el camino hasta el edificio. No es necesario cruzar estacionamientos, carreteras. Ver mapa en fotos. El estacionamiento está en el lugar, justo en frente del condominio.

Sé el primero en el telesilla de burbujas Sunburst 6 por la mañana. Otros pueden acompañarlo cuando lo desee con este alojamiento junto a la ladera. Esquia de regreso a casa para el almuerzo y regresa para terminar el día. Luego, disfrute de una tarde acogedora junto a la chimenea. Condominio de cuatro niveles donde todos pueden encontrar espacio para disfrutar de la diversión después del esquí. Los niños pueden disfrutar de una mesa de air-hockey, juegos de mesa, películas.

El piso principal tiene una sala de estar, comedor, cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos y medio baño. Hay una barra de desayuno en la cocina. Hay dos pisos debajo, cada uno tiene dos dormitorios y un baño completo. Sobre el espacio habitable hay un desván para espacio adicional.



La sala de estar tiene una televisión inteligente con cable, hay 2 televisores inteligentes más con Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, aplicación Xfinity. Se proporciona madera para la chimenea.

Perfect spot for 5 adults and 3 children. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The bathrooms are clean and modern. Living space is roomy. Best of all, truly walking distance to sachem trail. Will book again.

Excellent condo for Okemo ski trip. Condo was very clean and as described. Location is excellent, with a 2 minute walk to the slopes.

Okemo slope-side condo

Convenient location. Nice place with a modern kitchen and a fun living room/ hang out area. Very nice to ski in and out, especially with friends and small children with different wake up times and nap schedules. Host was helpful and responsive.

Great trackside place

We rented this for two families, six kids, four adults. It was perfect. Plenty of space, kids had fun with the air hockey and Xbox. Trail access was VERY easy, a three minute walk with ski boots. We stopped back for lunch, much more enjoyable than stopping at the lodge. Owner was great, answered questions promptly. Definitely recommend.

Trailside fun

Lots of privacy in this three level condo. Well laid out and stocked with amenities. Welcome basket of goodies too . Steps to sachem trail . All good.

Perfect Slopeside Location

You really cannot beat the location of this condo. It is a short walk past the next building right onto the Sachem trail. After it snowed, my kids skied right from the steps of the condo to the trail. Easy for my teenagers to stop back at the condo any time they needed a break or to warm up. The space was very clean and built on three levels plus a loft which afforded everyone some space from each other and privacy. Bathrooms were new and everything worked. Great washer and dryer, extra boot/glove dryer, board games, fireplace with plenty of wood, xbox for the kids, not much more to ask for. The first day we arrived, the plumber had shut the water main off and I emailed Alex who responded immediately and walked me through where to find the main to turn the switch back on. He was super responsive to all of our questions. If there was one thing that wasn't perfect and this is minor, there is no designated room to put ski gear on. There is a great indoor closet to store skis, but we were in each other's way trying to get boots on and off. Again, minor, and would not keep me from renting this place again! It is just necessary to stagger putting boots on which was fine once we figured out a good routine. One final note, the ski posters/artwork in the house is super cool and there is a great sound system on the tv. Kids felt like they were in a movie theatre. We would definitely rent again!

Awesome slopeside spot

Great for a family ski trip, had everything and more we needed. Alex was extremely responsive regarding a few requests we had. Could not beat the location to Sachem Trail. Will definitely be staying there again.

Superb MLK Weekend

I came up to Okemo on MLK weekend, 2020. There were two families in my party was a total of nine people (4 adults, 5 teenage kids). We had an absolutely terrific time. The condominium rental was wonderful. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep with lots of combinationsWe had an absolutely terrific time. The condominium rental was wonderful. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep with lots available bedroom combinations to accommodate everyone's needs. The location could not have been better. It was convenient ski in and ski out. We even went into the condo to have lunch in order to avoid the crowds. The owner,combinations to accommodate everyone's needs. The location could not have been better. He answered a few questions we had an a timely fashion. I would definitely go back again.

Great place to start the new decade!

Last minute decision to go to Okemo for holiday/New Years break. Our two families (4 adults, 6 kids) rented this property and couldn’t be happier. Steps to Sachem trail which was perfect for our beginners. We had plenty of room for everyone and our gear too. The property was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and throughout the home. The owner was a quick text away and extremely accommodating to us. Very helpful and responsive! We would recommend and definitely rent here again!!!

Exactly what we needed for a great weekend!

Perfect condo, clean and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Wonderful location with super easy, close access to Sachem trail. Plenty of space for our two families to spread out, and great storage for all our ski equipment. Exactly what we needed for a great weekend! Thank you, would absolutely look to rent this unit again.

Wonderful trail side Okemo property

Property was fantastic. Very well appointed for two families to stay together. Plenty of space for sleeping (4 bedrooms split between two lower levels.. plus a loft bunk), cooking (well equipt kitchen) and socializing. The property’s slope side location was ideal. There is plenty of space for ski gear. Owner provided clear and timely communication about property, checking and recommendations. i would gladly stay at this property again.

Ski in Ski out Convenient and Comfortable

Overall great for ski vacation. We would rent again if we decided on another Okemo vacation. Most minor gripes center on Okemo not this unit. Pluses on the unit are location, flexible sleeping choices, nice common areas with roomy dining area, well-kept, well-stocked and clean, nice tv setup, and attentive accommodating owner. Small minuses for things like lack of top sheet on bed (we found them and corrected), no bath soap (we bought some before the owner called to check in on us), inconvenient garbage collection (you must walk or drive about 1/4 mile to a common collection area). Also the mountain access road to the condo is a bit narrow, steep and windy with limited shoulders. If you are beginners plan on an inconvenient drive/parking to Jackson Gore area for appropriate terrain. Gripes with Okemo are non-working Sachem access lift to condo (we were there midweek), other closed lifts, ridiculous line for purchasing lift tickets (they encourage online purchase but you need to start the process by getting RFID cards), and limited snowmaking and food choices(probably because we arrived at the end of a holiday period). When you pay $120 per day to ski you expect a bit more. Okemo pluses are fast comfortable lifts, good grooming and friendly staff. Also unit plus was reservation process went smoothly and owner returned deposit in record time!

Great location only steps from sachem

Had a great stay at okemo. Skiing was great. House had everything we needed - even a boot and glove dryer. Owners let us in early and even mailed back a hat we forgot! Can’t wait to go back.

Really nice place with excellent access to trails

We had an awesome time at this unit. The descriptions of the unit were spot on! From our unit it was super easy to get to the trails, it took us about 3 minutes before we were skiing down the Sachem trail to the lifts. Inside the unit, we couldn't have asked for anything more and everything was in perfect working order. We had had 4 kids across 3 families hanging out and entertaining themselves. We had enough separation where the grownups could hang out enjoy themselves but were not too far the kids. The TV/entertainment system were great and the family was comfortable with plenty of firewood for the fireplace. Alex sent us detailed instructions about the unit, the mountain and local eateries. All in all, it was a perfect time for us!

We recently purchased this condo and are super excited to enjoy Okemo mountain for skiing in the winter, summer activities on the mountain/lakes, and great fall foliage. We have made some recent updates to the unit with new stainless steel appliances, new granite vanity in one of the full bathrooms,. and full remodel of the second bathroom. There is new leather sectional and a 3 smart TVs. Our condo allows us to enjoy the quietness of Vermont. Hope you enjoy our home!
