You will appreciate the superior ski direct ski access onto the slopes with access to all trails and skier services. Enjoy a spacious two story floor-plan with 3.5 baths and cathedral ceilings. Relax with a glass of wine by the wood burning fireplace or making dinner together is the spacious fully equipped kitchen. You will also enjoy the amenities associated with the Solitude Day Lodge which include swimming under the stars in the heated out-door pool, relaxing in the outdoor hot tub, or soothe those ski muscles in the co-ed sauna or stretch them in the fitness room. The game room is a kid favorite

RENTAL RULES

SMOKING: SMOKING AND/OR VAPING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE.

VEHICLES: All vehicles must be parked in designated parking area. If parking passes are required by the complex we will issue them with instructions at check in.

OVERNIGHT STAYS: People other than those in the Guest party set forth may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest. The Guest who is responsible for booking the stay must remain present at the property for the duration of the stay.

PRIVATE HOME: All of the properties are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

APPLIANCES: Only use appliances for their intended uses.

PARKING PASSES: If parking passes are required, they will be provided for two vehicles and will be located inside the unit. Please display the pass on the dashboard of each vehicle of the car. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter`s expense. Leave the parking passes in the unit upon departure.

CARE OF THE HOUSE: You are responsible for maintaining the premises in a neat and clean manner. This is a private home that is typically not rented and the owners are inviting you as a guest into their home. Please take care of the property as you would take care of your home. Videos of each room will be taken prior to your arrival and immediately after your departure.

FIREPLACE USAGE: If your property has a fireplace, usage is permitted. Please follow instructions posted in the unit. Do not remove ashes from the fireplace - this is the number one cause of house fires in Vermont. A supply of cut, split and seasoned firewood is available at property.

INVENTORY: Our rental is equipped with linens, towels, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, appliances, washer, dryer, stove, coffee maker, televisions, etc. A complete review of the household inventory is performed before your arrival and as the house is cleaned after your departure. You will be charged for any broken or missing items.

CONDUCT: You and your party agree NOT TO DISTURB neighbors with loud noise, music, or unlawful or unsafe behavior. If you allow or participate in such behavior, you will be asked to leave and forfeit the remainder of your rental fee and deposits. Participation in unlawful activities including environmental destruction, natural resource violations or public nuisance violations may be cause for eviction.

PETS: NO PETS ALLOWED.

This unit is newly renovated and everything is in great shape. The large mudroom was great for the ski and ski out access for our family of 5 and all the bedrooms and bathrooms are modern and very nice. We had a great stay and will be returning soon. Inside Edge are also highly responsive and detailed in their communications.

Family Ski Vacation February 2025

You can’t ask for anything more at this property, it was extremely warm and inviting and had everything we needed to make it a great vacation. The location is excellent and so easy to get to from the lift. The condo is well stocked with towels, cookware, and more. We will definitely be back.

Our family of 8 adults had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. Exceptionally clean, lovely furnishings, equipped with everything you could possibly need, and easy ski in ski out. Communication with the rental agent was exceptional too - she truly went above and beyond. Hope to return!

Convenient, well-appointed property

Nice condo. Well maintained, had all the necessities to make our stay comfortable. Loved the convenience of ski-in, ski-out - it was easy to get to the nearby lift and over to the rest of the mountain. Was pleasantly surprised to see an electric car charger in the parking lot. Our only issue was that the unit beneath us was burning a fire and didn’t have its flue open, so our unit was smoky when we arrived. But the property manager was responsive and sympathetic and sent someone out to take a look, even though it was late evening. We would definitely return.
