- BEDROOM I with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, split A/C and access to the outside;

- BEDROOM II with two single beds with the possibility of joining them, bedside tables, wardrobe, chair, split A/C and en suite bathroom;

- BATHROOM I with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC;

- BATHROOM II inside bedroom II with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC;

- COVERED VERANDA with access from the living room and furnished with dining table and chairs, coffee table with armchairs.



FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, heating and air conditioning via split (ONLY in the two double bedrooms), fan, independent entrance, washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board, uncovered parking space.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
