Welcome to your home in the Pyrenees! This charming apartment in Sabiñánigo offers a warm space for up to six guests, ideal for families, or friends looking for both comfort and adventure in a mountain setting.
The apartment includes two bedrooms and it`s fully equiped with all the amenities you need.
Step outside to enjoy the private terrace, complete with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, perfect for relaxed evenings with your loved ones.
The property is available for a maximum of 6 people.
It consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed (two single beds) and there is a sofa bed in the living room.
The whole accommodation is equipped with all the necessary comforts.
You can also enjoy the outdoor terrace and the barbecue all year round.
If you need additional storage space, you can access the private storage room.
As a guest you will have access to:
Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, cookware, dishes, and cutlery.
Bathroom: Complete with shower, towels, shampoo, gel, hairdryer.
Living Room: Sofa, Smart TV, dining area.
Hot water and heating through gas boiler.
Portable fans for hot weather.
Wi-Fi and essentials included.
Private terrace with barbecue and outdoor furniture.
Located in a quiet and central area of Sabiñánigo, the apartment is just 2 minutes on foot from a large local park, and 5 minutes from both the train and bus stations, offering excellent connections for day trips and ski excursions.
Nearby you’ll find shops, restaurants, and local bars, making it easy to enjoy the town’s vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere. The apartment is ideally located for accessing both the town’s amenities and the surrounding natural beauty.
Sabiñánigo is a strategic base for exploring the Aragonese Pyrenees. From here, you`re less than 30–40 minutes from top ski resorts like Formigal, Panticosa, Astún, and Candanchú. The area is also ideal for hiking, mountain biking, canyoning, and nature getaways.
Thanks to its excellent rail and bus connections, you can also visit nearby towns without needing a car. For those arriving by car, street parking is usually available in the area.
The accommodation is located on the first floor, it has an elevator but it is not necessary to access it.
The maximum capacity is 6 people, distributed as follows:
1. Bedroom with double bed (135x190 cm)
2. Bedroom with bunk bed (two single beds of 90 cm)
3. Sofa bed in the living room (140x200 cm)
The total area of the accommodation is 54m2 and has a decibel detector.
There is no air conditioning, but we provide portable fans for high temperatures.
Gas heating is available.
There is also an outdoor terrace and private storage room
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.
The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover
In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.
Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
