Acerca de este alojamiento
That's Amuri - Holiday apartment
Welcome to “That’s Amuri”, a Sicilian refuge immersed in the authentic heart of Palermo, in the historic Vucciria district.
This holiday home is not just a place to stay, but an invitation to live a sensory, cultural, and human experience in the vibrant soul of the city.
Located on the second floor of a traditional historic building, “That’s Amuri” overlooks Via Argenteria, a street rich in history, craftsmanship, and the aromas of Sicilian cuisine. Crossing the threshold, guests are welcomed into a private two-bedroom apartment furnished with details that tell the story of Sicily: local ceramics, warm colors, natural fabrics, and carefully selected antique pieces.
The apartment features two double bedrooms, a fully equipped living room with kitchen, and a private bathroom with shower. Each space is bright and thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, intimacy, and a deep sense of welcome. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, induction hob, cookware, moka pot, kettle, and everything needed to prepare and share traditional Sicilian dishes.
The bathroom is carefully detailed and includes a courtesy set, towels, and a hairdryer. Each bedroom is equipped with fresh linens, a wardrobe, and cozy corners for relaxation and reading. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire apartment, with a private entrance and complete privacy.
The house enjoys a strategic location for exploring Palermo on foot. Just steps away are the Vucciria market, Piazza San Domenico, the Martorana Church, the Cathedral, Teatro Massimo, and the seafront. What truly makes a stay at “That’s Amuri” unique is the chance to live like a true Palermitan—among narrow streets, local life, and the scents of freshly baked bread, fresh fish, citrus fruits, and jasmine.
Like most historic buildings in the old town, the apartment does not have an elevator; the staircase is short but with high steps, typical of ancient constructions.
During your stay, you will be personally welcomed by Alessandro or one of his trusted collaborators. Check-in is done in person with care and attention. Guests will receive recommendations on where to eat, what to visit, how to get around, and how to truly connect with Palermo. This is not just hospitality—it is an invitation to become part of a living culture.
Perfect for romantic getaways, couples, families, or groups of friends, “That’s Amuri” is the ideal starting point to discover the true essence of Sicily. With a touch of poetry, a hint of nostalgia, and deep human warmth, every detail has been designed to turn a simple holiday into a lasting memory.
The apartment offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, bed linens included, and is located in a well-served area with supermarkets, restaurants, local shops, and public transport. Paid parking is available nearby, although we recommend exploring the city on foot and letting yourself be surprised at every step.
As required by the Municipality of Palermo, the tourist tax is €4 per person per night (for the first 4 nights; children under 12 are exempt). It must be paid in cash at check-in or via a separate payment at the time of booking.
Whether for a weekend, a romantic escape, a trip with friends, or a family holiday, “That’s Amuri” is more than accommodation—it is a home that tells a story, welcomes you, and leaves a mark.
“Amuri is when a house makes you feel at home, even if it isn’t your home.”
We look forward to welcoming you to Palermo, with open hearts.
