The apartment's fixtures and fittings are of a luxury standard. The kitchen boasts a quartz work top a combi oven/microwave, a ceramic hob and is equipped with high-end appliances.

A full-size double bed with sprung mattress, topper and a king-size duvet ensure a good night's sleep.
There is a strict no-smoking policy for the apartment and building.

To reduce the environmental impact of our apartment, we have up-cycled as much furniture as possible without compromising on quality or comfort.

Freeview TV is available. The free Wifi connection and the smart TV also allow you to log in to your favourite online streaming services, e.g. Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.

Although we do not have an allocated parking space at the apartment, we have an unloading bay (for check-in and luggage drop-off - maximum 25 minutes), pay-and-stay parking spaces on site (non-reservable), and a bookable multi-storey car park just across the river.

We offer easy self-check-in and check-out for your convenience, but we’re always available if you need recommendations, tips, or assistance during your stay.

PARKING in York is like gold dust! Unfortunately, we don't have a guaranteed parking space available but there are a number of local car parks close by. A pay and display car park onsite. and 150 meters walk away from The Shambles Q Park. When you book with us we will give you full instructions. And once you arrive and park, you are so central to everything, there is no need to use your car again.
