The School House es un apartamento moderno, recientemente renovado, en un desarrollo de grado II. Ofrece una configuración de planta abierta, con un baño nuevo y un diseño interior exquisito.

La habitación doble es un entrepiso y una escalera de caracol que es una característica única de los apartamentos en York. El baño tiene una hermosa ducha a ras de suelo, y nuevamente se ha terminado a un nivel muy alto. El apartamento también tiene un baño, separado del baño para una opción relajante y romántica si te apetece algo un poco diferente.

El espacio vital bien equipado, es relajante con asientos cómodos y después de un día ocupado, hay un televisor inteligente de pantalla plana para relajarse delante. Mini break to York

We had a great weekend away in York and the apartment was perfectly situated. A modern, quirky, well equipped apartment and we really enjoyed our stay.

Stay in York.

Enjoyed the space and the extra touches of the record player etc. The property needs a little attention in the general maintenance, stairs rickety, washing machine no button to start, foot bar not secured to bar stools, filled sink over the overflow and leaked out under the sink unit. Also the rugs on the wooden floor are lethal when walking around. Could benefit from a better equipped kitchen Enjoyed the space very much, large, bright. Easy check-in/check-out. Great location.

Great place! Great location! Was missing the details that one would expect with the price!

The apartment was great overall and in have a fantastic time location. The overall cleanliness really could have been better, but with a pair of old socks found under the sofa, the along with a mountain of dust. Also with the windows not opening and no air conditioning or fans, the the apartment was stuffy and overly hot. The bed was also very basic and quite uncomfortable, with it even more stuffy when trying to sleep. Some air conditioning, and a comfy mattress and professional cleaning and then it would be worth it's value.

Nice place

Over all the apartment was ina perfect location and had almost everything we needed , but the issue we had was with stays York them selves they were really bad about keeping in touch , the only other issue we had was the windows didn't open at all so the place got extremely hot and we had no way of cooling down .

Wonderful

Brilliant place to stay, lovelyfresh place and immaculate throughout including a lovely welcome pack with tea, coffee, biscuits etc. The host made sure we were fully up to speed on everything from entry codes and the options on local places to see and eat. Definaatly the only place for us to stay if we are ever back in york. Big thanks to all from us both.

Lovely place but for the price we paid we would have expected more as there 1 towel each for 2 nights stay which is nowhere near enough, to change temperature on shower isn’t working so we had to have hotter showers than we would ever want, carpet had staines marks on floor where the bath is plus there was rose petals underneath the bed so it wasn’t deep cleaned as we was told this in welcome pack, the bed was abit smaller than expected and mattress needs replacing urgently due to having two uncomfortable and sleepless nights due to feeling all the springs.

Lovely apartment in a great location!

Such a lovely apartment with a great social open plan living room and kitchen, and such a great location being only minutes away from the town and the Shambles. The only criticism I could find was that the bed was too firm but that's just personal taste!
