This comfortable and well-located Inverness flat is a great choice for groups of up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families or friends looking to explore the Highlands while staying just minutes from the city centre.



The flat features two spacious bedrooms, each furnished with one double bed and one single bed—perfect for a variety of sleeping arrangements. Whether you're travelling with children, friends, or extended family, everyone will have a cosy space to rest and recharge.



Guests have full and private access to the entire flat, with no shared spaces. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area is bright and sociable—perfect for cooking meals, relaxing with a film, or gathering around the table after a day out. The kitchen is well equipped with the essentials to make your stay comfortable and convenient. The bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower, making it easy to freshen up or unwind at the end of the day.



Situated on the ground floor of a traditional building, the property is easily accessible, though please note there are 1 or 2 small steps at the entrance.

It is difficult to summarize our stay. While the location of the property was great, the quality and cleanliness of the property was poor and misleading, judging by the pictures. This resembled poorly maintained dilapidated student housing.

Location was great, linen was clean and bathroom fixtures were clean. Outside of that the property is in terrible condition, we couldn't cook because no one in their right mind would use any of the utensils for cooking. There was a moth infestation as well as wood bugs everywhere. The shower rod fell down the last morning as there cherry on top. Judging by past reviews up to 2 years ago ...nothing will change. Stay at your own risk. VRBO should not even allow this listing.

The location was great but otherwise this rental needs a lot of work. The bathroom window was broken and taped up, the kitchen was in poor condition with broken or missing cabinet doors and doors looked to be slammed open with missing drywall behind the hinges. The power strips were balanced on screws and the beds and if you leave the bedroom to go to the bathroom or kitchen the doors auto lock so we used the blocks to keep them propped open. If you don’t rent both units you are sharing the kitchen and bathroom. The one unit has 2 beds basically in a closet with a living room but the other unit is just 2 beds with a chair and no living room. The beds are very springy. Overall it’s tough to recommend anything about it except the location. It definitely needs some renovations.
