The adjoining kitchen is sleek, modern, and fully equipped, with granite worktops, high-end appliances, and everything you need for preparing simple breakfasts or indulgent holiday feasts. This spacious apartment is spread across two floors. Upstairs, three further bedrooms await. The master bedroom is a tranquil haven with a double bed, uninterrupted sea views, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a bath and separate shower. The second bedroom also offers a plush double bed and a private en-suite shower room. The third bedroom has twin beds, again with its own en-suite shower room.

Outside, the generously sized terrace is undoubtedly the heart of the home. Set with sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture, it's a blissful spot for soaking up the Cornish sun by day and enjoying drinks at dusk beneath the ever-changing sky. With a fridge, freezer, electric cooker with gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules) and a washer/dryer.

With a 3’ single bed and en-suite shower-room.

Second Floor:
Bedroom one
With a 5' king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower cubicle, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.
Bedroom two
With a double bed and en-suite shower room with a shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.
Bedroom three
With 3’ twin single beds and an en-suite shower room with a shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Outside:
Sun terrace with outdoor furniture and sea views.
Allocated parking space for 1 car, additional parking is available for visitors alongside the complex.
