Located in the heart of Kensal Green, this delightful three-bedroom family home offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. With easy access to central London via the Bakerloo Line, and just a stone’s throw from the lively neighbourhoods of Notting Hill and Queen’s Park, it’s ideally situated for both city adventures and relaxed local living. Stroll around the corner to discover L’Angolo, a beloved Italian deli, alongside a selection of cafés, bars, and independent shops that give this area its distinct village charm.
Enter through a charming hallway into a serene, powder-blue formal sitting room featuring a plush sofa, armchair, TV, and an ornamental fireplace - a perfect space for unwinding. A guest loo is tucked away under the stairs. Towards the rear, a light-filled kitchen is the heart of the home, with vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling glass overlooking the garden. This generous space is fully equipped with double ovens, a gas hob, dishwasher, and washing machine. A dining table seats eight comfortably, and an informal sitting area with sofa and TV offers a more relaxed space for family time. Glass doors open to a private garden with outdoor seating and a BBQ - ideal for warm evenings.
The first floor includes a stylish family bathroom with a deep soaking tub, walk-in shower, sink, and loo. The bathrooms, and indeed whole ground floor, benefits from underfloor heating.
A children’s room with bunk beds and a wardrobe overlooks the garden, while a spacious second bedroom at the front of the house boasts a super-king bed, fitted wardrobe, and elegant bay window. The study on this floor will be private and not available to guests.
The top floor is dedicated to the luxurious master suite, featuring a super-king bed, TV, and Juliet balcony with views over the garden. The en-suite bathroom is beautifully appointed with a freestanding roll-top bath, walk-in shower, sink, and loo. For added comfort, this home benefits from air conditioning in the kitchen/informal sitting area and in the south-facing bedrooms, including the master suite.
