I did not receive information about the exact address of the apartment, so it was difficult to find it. Once we parked the car and figured it out based on a picture, it was not ready for us. It had not been cleaned or prepared yet. The host said he didn’t think anyone was coming, so I am not sure what happened there. I reserved in March. So I recommend contacting Tim prior to your arrival. The property listed parking available. We chose this place for that reason. There was no free parking available It was for residents only and there were no spaces allotted to renters. We could park over night on the street for free from 6:30-8:30, but then we had to go to a car park and pay for the day. Paul Street parking was the best deal. When we told him, Tim apologized, said he would look into it, and asked us how much it cost. However, we were not reimbursed for the out of pocket expense. My friend was “sleeping” on the sofa “bed”. The pad/matt on the sofa bed was extremely thin, and you could feel the bars of the frame through it. Also, there were no extra linens for it. We put a comforter over it. Not great. I recommend letting Tim know you will need the sofa bed ahead of time and enquire about a thicker pad/mattress. There was not a full roll of toilet paper for two people and two nights, so bring your own toilet paper. On the plus side, it is a quiet area with nice people working and living around there. Also, it was close to the city center.
