Thank you so much for your kind words we agree it is a perfect location and a very comfortable home. In terms of the master in the king suite it is a 5 1/2 thousand dollar mattress less than six months old with a remote control. I’m sorry you did not find it comfortable, but I understand everyone has their taste, once you left we counted and there are over 14 pots and pans to be used by guest. This is our home and we cook here most every night so sorry you did not see those. The lighting in the master bathroom has been the same for 20 years it is mood lighting and understand that may not be to everyone’s taste. Additionally thrre are a dozen towels outdoor for pool use. It is disappointing when a guest is repeadetedly asked if everything is ok and they respond in the affirmative. We call every guest to make sure they are comfortable and never once. Did you mention anything negative we hope in the future I guess will give us a chance to make it perfect

That is so thoughtful and kind of you to want to help others. I would suggest you start that by being a bit more honest! For five years all we have experienced is 4-and 5-star reviews. So, this one came out of nowhere. All renters have both mine and my wife’s cell numbers should there be any issues, any at all they are encouraged to contact us immediately to be remedied. As a first-time renter I understand you somehow may have missed that so let me respond for future guests. #l Cleanliness – We strive to have everything perfect, in this instance you were squeezed in between another rental and the professional cleaning service following Covid protocols had less time than normal. I have no idea how you one can question those protocols if they are not there to see them in real time. I will mention 5 of our last 7 renters all chose our home do to its proximity to the medical center, had family members with serious compromising medical conditions and again awarded us with 5-star reviews. To The details Not sure what a food encrusted table is other than a wild exaggeration as the table is a 6 by 6-foot glass top! I am sorry you did not like the Remegic Mestas table cover which was hand woven in Mexico by the Mazatec women. When you purchase these a donation goes to help this community of underserved women. It is not by any stretch a “bedspread” as you allege. Just as it would be impossible to encrust a 300 lb glass table top! . #2 Accuracy of Listing- I think it is fair to say everyone gets to have their own idea of luxury. I consider a $6,000-dollar adjustable mattress with Posturepedic pillows, multiple big screen tv’s, a pool with water fall feature, outdoor lighting and the host of amenities listed and let guests decide for themselves. But your complaints listed are largely blatant lies. The showerhead in the master has zero leaks and just needs to be turned off properly. The garbage disposal works perfectly is less than 4 months old and has an on off switch with a sticker identifying the correct button. The electric chair in family room works as designed with one seat reclining not both. The burner on gas stove lights with an ignition and has never and will never pose a risk, the pillows on the outside lounge have been re ordered so you were accurate on one of your statements. The backyard gate falling apart maybe the most ludicrous as we have a dog and would not endanger her safety with a faulty gate. The landscaping in the back yard has been tot
