Seapink Cottage, Kingsdown
Just a stone's throw from the sea, Seapink is a charming former fisherman’s cottage with everything you will need for a seaside holiday. Located in Kingsdown, this three bedroom, two bathroom cottage is perfectly placed for families, friends or couples wanting to enjoy a quiet break on this unspoilt stretch of the Kent coast. Inside, the cottage is full of character, with painted floorboards, wooden furniture, artwork and seaside touches. The interiors have a relaxed retro feel, with two living rooms, one with an open fire, the other with a wood burning stove, making it very cosy in the winter months. Shelves of books, board games and vintage toys adds a homely touch, making it feel more like a much-loved family home than a holiday let. The kitchen is well equipped and opens onto a private garden, a lovely suntrap for outdoor breakfasts, or simply relaxing with a book. Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms, two king size beds and a single room and a family bathroom. There is a useful shower room too on the ground floor. Step outside and you’re just seconds from the beach, perfect for morning swims or gentle strolls. The village itself has a local butcher, post office, village store and two welcoming pubs, including the famous Zetland Arms, right on the beach. The surrounding coastline is a dream for walkers, with clifftop paths leading towards Walmer, Deal and Dover. Seapink is a truly wonderful choice for a family holiday - full of charm, comfort and nostalgia. Your dog is welcome too.

Front door leads into dining room with table and chairs to seat 5, plus an armchair. Working fire. There are a selection of games, DVDs and books.
Sitting room
Sitting room with two seater sofa and armchairs, TV with DVD player and freeview. Wood burning stove.
Kitchen
Well equipped kitchen with hob/oven, countertop fridge and ice box, dishwasher. Extendable kitchen table and five chairs, door to garden.
Utility area - with washing machine and dryer, hanging space for coats and boots.
Bathroom – with shower, basin and wc.
First floor
Bedroom – sleeps 2, with Kingsize bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe
Bedroom – sleeps 1, with Single bed, bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers.
Bathroom – with free standing bath, wc and basin
Second floor
Bedroom - Sleeps 2, with Superking size bed (or two single beds on request), side tables, lamps, chest of drawers.
Garden
Enclosed garden with garden table and chairs.
Parking
Guests can park on North road when space is available, otherwise on the beach.

There are children's toys and lego in the kingsize bedroom.

Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
