Hermosa casa de esquí ubicada a .2 millas de Sugarbush North

Una pintoresca casa de esquí de Nueva Inglaterra situada en un entorno privado con el sonido y la belleza de Slide Brook para mejorar su estadía. Disfrute de las comodidades de una casa espaciosa con mucho espacio para extenderse y disfrutar del invierno. Manténgase cómodo junto a la estufa de leña o al trineo en el patio con los niños. Nuestra casa está ubicada justo afuera de la entrada a Sugarbush North, por lo que puede hacer senderos frescos por la mañana. Estamos a poca distancia de Mad River Path para practicar senderismo, raquetas de nieve y esquí de fondo. Tres amplias habitaciones duermen cómodamente ocho. Nuestra casa ciertamente puede acomodar a más huéspedes a pedido. Cocina comedor con una mesa con capacidad para diez, sala adicional con una mesa de futbolín y videojuegos para horas de entretenimiento para niños y adolescentes. Hemos disfrutado muchos inviernos en el Valle de Sugarbush, y nos gustaría compartir nuestra casa con otros, ¡para que ellos también puedan experimentar la misma diversión invernal!

Our family had an excellent experience at this beautiful and well managed home. Helena is a wonderful host who was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. The indoor and outdoor spaces were extremely clean and orderly. The furnishings were well done and comfortable. The picturesque natural stream within steps of the back door was an unexpected highlight. Words cannot explain the outdoor sounds and beauty from the large rear deck. Thank you Helena for a wonderful experience!

Beautiful Spacious Home

This was the BEST VBRO we have ever stayed in. We stayed for our son's college graduation and I wish I would have know about this home 4 years ago. It was absolutely perfect, beautiful and truly the best trip we have has. I definitely recommend this home!!!

Stop looking and book this house!

This is one of the best home rental experiences I've ever had! Helena was so communicative as soon as I made our reservation and throughout our stay. The house was incredibly clean and well stocked. There were so many towels which is so appreciated--I feel like I'm often rationing towels at home rentals like this! The house is beautiful, the area is beautiful, and Helena is an amazing host. Just book it, you won't regret it!

FANTASTIC HOUSE!

Our extended family had a terrific stay at this spacious, beautiful, immaculate home. Even with two days of no skiing the house, with its fabulous views, lots of light and terrific layout was the perfect place for a fun, relaxing family vacation. Can’t wait to return. Beautiful Home in a Magical Location

We absolutely loved our stay at Helena's home! The home is beautiful, spacious and immaculate and we enjoyed every minute of our stay! We wish it was longer! The home is well equipped with everything that you might need. It was fantastic that we were able to use the 2 car garage during our stay. The home is situated in a lovely, picturesque location. Just absolute beauty all around. The kids (and adults) loved playing with the foosball table :) Helena is a very gracious host and was very responsive. We look forward to coming back in the future!

Simply Flawless

Beautiful home, perfectly located between Sugarbush Resort and area restaurants and shopping. Communication with the owner was responsive, courteous, and complete. She was a joy to work with. Pay attention to her check in document, because everything is spelled out for you for your entire stay. I can't emphasize enough that the home is more beautiful and larger than it seems in photos. In particular, we enjoyed the bonus room with the window seating. The host has everything you might need, so don't be like me and overpack "just in case". They have it! I will look to return for another stay in any season! Sitting out on the expansive decks with the view of the brook must be spectacular in non-winter months. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. We would have loved an extra day without activities to just enjoy the home! If you are considering staying here and it is available for your dates, do not hesitate!

Gorgeous winter wonderland property

This home was spacious and comfortable for our party of 8. The setting could not be more beautiful for the endless days of snowfall we had. The landlord was so very helpful to make us feel comfortable about concerns we had about a pending storm coming to the area and how to prepare to keep the house warm in the event the power would be compromised. She also arranged for an additional snow plow before our departure to be sure that we could safely drive down the driveway.

Abundance of Beauty and Wonder

We had a great and amazing time enjoying one of the most wondrous times of the year. We hung out with family that live in local area and so grateful we were able to make more priceless memories, the this lovely well stocked and comfortable property. It was clean, tastfully decorated and had everything needed to feel like your own cozy home. Helen was increadilbly helpful and responsive to all our requests. We were greeted with a lovely bouquet of Sunflowers and great local chocholate. (TY Helen :) We discovered the Waitesfield Farmers Market and Warren's Provisions and Wine Shop.... We look forward to next year.

Beautiful house in great location

We had a great stay. The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved hearing the sound of the flowing river in the back yard. The house is in a great location, just 6 minutes to the local restaurants and shops in Waitsfield, and close to hiking trails. Instructions and communication with the host (Helena) were excellent. We will visit again this summer.

Family ski weekend for 70th birthday

Beautiful home in a very convenient location. This home was in immaculate condition, welcomed with fresh flowers and chocolate bars that were exceptional. Very comfortable, with many different areas to have privacy. Great wood stove that made the home nice and warm on those cold winter nights. Nice stream and decks around the property which I am sure is beautiful in the summer. The owner Helena was wonderful to work with and very responsive. This is not a normal rental property, this is a family’s private vacation home . Our family loved this home and can’t wait to return.

Great family ski house

We had a great week at this house over winter break. The house was incredibly well maintained and clean when we arrived. Kitchen was well stocked. The layout worked well for our group with multiple kids. The house was not child proofed for our infant, but we were aware of that going in and could have brought baby gates for the steps. Great location, close to Mt. Ellen, Sugarbush and MRG as well as Waitsfield for supply runs. Would totally stay here again.

Great Family Getaway

We wanted a place for a Thanksgiving celebration with the adult kids all having some private space (with their mates) and a spacious communal living area too. Some of us worked remotely while there. Everything worked out well, and the kitchen was well-stocked for a festive spread. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Waitsfield and Warren too. Loved the sound of the river/stream that runs by the house? Host handled a glitch with the heating efficiently and throughly. The house was immaculate when we arrived—really appreciated that.

The house is warm and welcoming with everything one would need even for a weekend away. The grounds were as peaceful as the pictures look. The stream created the most tranquil ambiance. I hope I am fortunate enough to stay here again.

Fantastic Vermont getaway

We have vacationed in the Waitsfield /Warren area many times and this house is at the top of the list. It is spacious, well maintained, and immaculate. It has a first rate kitchen. The deck is amazing overlooking Bradley Brook. The owner obviously puts a lot of time and effort into the house. It is in a great location- on the mountain but a short drive to town. Helaine was a very responsive and helpful host.

Wonderful home

The home was even better than the photos. Plenty of space, including the fabulous bonus room over garage that made an excellent "man cave" for the teenager and the den that was grandmother's reading nook and the sun porch that became a yoga room. The owner is responsive almost in real time and took our small suggestions seriously. It's a lovely place for a week in VT, even when it rains most of the time!

Beautiful getaway!

Helena’s home was even more lovely that we could have imagined. The surrounding area with the brook was gorgeous and we had a great time swinging on the hammock. There was so much space in the house but it still felt cozy. We had a small issue while we were there but it was addressed right away. Excellent communication with owner. We will be back!

Magical stay in Vermont!

The house is beautiful and the owner, Helena, is so accommodating and lovely. The home was incredibly clean (which we were concerned about in Covid) and we felt more than comfortable when we arrived. The beds are so comfortable which is always a wonderful bonus in a rental! The brook in the back is gorgeous and we spent a lot of time with my toddler playing in the water. The house is secluded and all you can hear is the beautiful stream and sounds of nature. We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the woods and water. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked almost every meal - the open layout allows family and friends to hang out while meals are prepared. The grill works great too! We had a question about the cable during our stay and Helena got right back to us and was so gracious about the solution. We plan to rent this home again if it’s available! It’s clear that the home is filled with love and care. Thank you, Helena!

Big, clean house very close to the mountain

I came up with a group for a ski weekend. The location was amazing, right at the base of Mt. Ellen and a very short drive to Sugarbush's main entrance. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone as well as their ski clothing and gear. It has a nice bonus room over the garage as well. The one downside was the WiFi didn't work very well and I didn't get any cell reception either.

We built our vacation home 25 years ago and have enjoyed all four seasons in the Mad River Valley. Our four children have learned to ski and mountain bike here. Many hours have been spent playing in the brook behind the house or playing in the snow. Summer has been spent in the wonderful swimming holes, golfing, biking and hiking. We are happy to now share our home with others so they too can experience the magic of the Mad River Valley.
