Nestled at the edge of of the quaint hamlet of Lucciana, Villa Camilla is a beautifully renovated farmhouse just 4 km from Casole d’Elsa in Siena. Surrounded by a private olive garden, the property is fully fenced and pet-friendly. It features a swimming pool (5 x 10 meters) open from April to October for ultimate relaxation.

Only a 5-minute drive from Casole d’Elsa, guests can enjoy food shops, restaurants, outdoor bars, and a tennis court. Colle Val d’Elsa, 7 km away, offers more amenities, including a golf club.
Villa Camilla provides a tranquil escape and is ideally located for exploring San Gimignano (15 km), Siena (27 km), and Florence (55 km). It's perfect for both relaxation and adventure.

The interiors are tastefully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen opening to a terrace for outdoor dining. The living room, with its fireplace and sofa bed, is ideal for cozy evenings.
The villa boasts two double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

Lovely farmhouse

Lovely farmhouse, beautiful pool. Just what we imagined for a Tuscan experience. We did have to clean the shower when we arrived and was not a fan of all the insects but we loved it all the same.

Awesome Tuscan villa retreat

We had a lovely week in this amazing villa retreat. The pool was superb and we loved having our own garden . Made us feel like we were in our own 5 star hotel! So many spots to sit outside in the shade and enjoy the tranquility. Owner was very friendly but we could have had better directions from the holiday agency to the villa.

Very Pleasant stay

Very nice House and location, and very nice hosts. House probably best suited for a family of Four/2 couples (we where 5), as everything From beds to cutlery is planned for four persons. Only minor improvement was that the House - particularly the kitchen - could have been more clean when we arrived, seems like the Agency handling it on behalf of the hosts missed this part. But we had a very nice week at Villa Camilla and would love to visit again.

A Toscany Dream Stay

We felt very comfy in this beautifully restored house. We enjoyed the fresh and spacious rooms when it was hot outside. We appreciated the traditional Toscan style and the decoration. We spent nice moments in the gorgeous garden allowing us to have breakfast on one terrace and lunch or dinner on another. We loved the large pool, with its comfortable deck chairs and the relaxing view on the olive trees and well-trimmed garden. The house situation is excellent and we could go sightseeing easily. And last but not least, we were warmly welcome by Fabrizio, the owner. We have already recommended it to our friends and would be ready to come back. We recommend it to everyone looking for a peaceful and quiet environment.

Peaceful and relaxing villa

The house is bigger than it appears from the photo - large airy rooms, high ceilings, generally well appointed. Hardest mattresses I think I have ever slept on. Kitchen a little dated, but everything is there (somewhere!). The shower is in a somewhat confined space, but again it's not a deal breaker! A variety of terraces to choose from for breakfast/lunch/dinner/whatever - all pleasant places to be, and you can find shade or sun as you prefer. The pool is lovely, and gardens well maintained. Don't miss Il Colombaio restaurant in Casole D'elsa - fantastic food and wine. As the website says, easy to get to Siena and Florence, and many other villages within easy drive (car essential). All round - highly recommended for a quiet relaxing holiday.

Breathtaking relaxing break from life

The villa was more than spacious for 4 adults. Accurate pictures and descriptions given on line. Well equipped for all your needs. The only complaint would be their WiFi...would cut out often and would have to constantly be signing on but I’m sure because of its location high on a hill, internet must be both expensive and not what we’re used to. Not a reason to not go back! We would go back anytime and have recommended it to our friends. Fabrizio was very helpful and his staff were always on hand to clean around the pool and the grounds. Very private, very quiet. One request.....a pool heater🤣🤣🤣

Perfect Villa

Very spacious spotlessly clean villa. Huge grounds not overlooked very quiet and private there’s a dog close but not intrusive. Villa is old style but that suited us full bug nets on all windows. Converted farm building. High ceilings beams all on one level. Secure gate to property. Plenty of crockery pots pans etc. No ingredients at all left in property (some do some don’t) except rather oddly a fully stocked drinks cabinet 😬 no we didn’t. Beds on firm side. Modern T.V. Netflix worked for us. 30 to 40 mins or so to plenty of historic towns. You will not be disappointed. No aircon but four large working fans and the buildings good airflow. POOL ENORMOUS.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in einem tollen Haus und einzigartigen Grundstück.

Wir waren 10 Tage mit unserem Hund, Gäste auf dem Anwesen. Das Haus ist toll, das Grundstück ist einzigartig. Klar ist das ein oder andere in die Jahre gekommen aber alles hat einen gewissen Charm. Das Grundstück liegt auf einem kleinen Hügel und ist das letzte Haus in einer kleinen Siedlung. Pool ist auch wunderbar, was will man mehr. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen.

Urlaubstraum

Wir waren 14 Tage in der Villa Camilla mit Hund. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.Wir verbrachten wunderschöne Tage. Sollte jemand mit Hund anreisen, kann er ihn getrost auf dem großen Grundstück aufgrund der Umzäunung frei laufen lassen. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage kann man alle Ausflugsziele gut erreichen, auch kulinarisch ist etwas geboten. Der gepflegte Pool läßt keine Wünsche offen. Haben bereits für 2024 wieder gebucht.

Sehr schönes Haus mit großem Garten und Pool

Wir waren von unserem Urlaub in der Villa Camilla begeistert. Tolles Haus in wunderschöner Lage mit großem, komplett eingezäuntem großen Grundstück. Unseren Hund konnten wir deshalb völlig entspannt auf dem Grundstück rennen lassen. Sehr schöner Pool mit Wassertemperatur von ca. 25 Grad. Um das Haus gibt es mehrere Sitzgruppen, so dass man jederzeit und unabhängig vom Sonnenstand einen Schattenplatz findet. Auch den gemauerten Grill haben wir gerne und oft genutzt. Lucciana liegt ideal für Ausflüge z.B. nach Siena, Florenz, Pisa, Voltera. Die kleinen Orte Casole d‘Elsa und Colle val d‘Else (gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) direkt in der Nähe laden ebenfalls zum Verweilen ein. Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig - man hört fast nur Tiergeräusche. Vermieter waren sehr nett, bei Ankunft haben wir von Camilla eine umfangreiche und sehr gute Einweisung in Englisch erhalten. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass es ein perfekter Urlaub war. Nur die Rückfahrt war wegen zahlreichen Staus ein Geduldsspiel. Familie Mayer

Generell toll, aber

Der Gesamteindruck ist gut, toller Pool als auch ein schönes, naturbelassenes Grundstück. Aber ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben uns schon gestört. So gab es nicht mal eine Rolle WC-Papier bei der Ankunft, der Backofen war verdreckt als auch die Kaffeemaschine waren verdreckt, das Geschirr musste erst mal gespült werden ... Auf die Bitte, ein paar vergessene Gegenstände eventuell nachzusenden wurde nicht mal reagiert. Schade, so aber so bleibt ein bitterer Beigeschmack zurück.

Des prestations qui ne correspondent pas à l’annonce

Le site, le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables mais la maison mal équipée aux standards actuels: aucun document d’accueil avec des adresses et contacts utiles, rien pour entretenir la maison, pas d’éponges, pas de serpillière, pas d’essuie tout. Même pas de papier toilette ! Aucun produit ménager. Un canapé lit très inconfortable, pas d’adaptateur pour prise de terre et une seule de ce type dans la cuisine. Pas suffisamment de couverts, de verres, de tasses, pas de bouilloire, ni de théière, ni d’essoreuse à salade… bref une mis à jour des équipements est indispensable. Le propriétaire est très gentil et accueillant mais visiblement l’agence de location n’avait pas procédé au Check up nécessaire pour ce standard de location. J’éviterai les offres Villas in Med à l’avenir….

Traumhafte Ruhelage mit tollem Grundstück.

Das Haus hat ein traumhaftes Grundstück,komplett eingezäunt und einen tollen Pool.Ein Paradies für unseren Hund,zumal direkt am Grundstück diverse Wander- und Waldwege verlaufen.Beim Inneren des Hauses könnte man in Bezug auf Ausstattung und Einrichtung einiges verbessern.Die Bäder sind renovierungsbedürftig ,die Toiletten,der Herd und der Backofen nicht sauber. Alles in allem haben wir unsere Ferien jedoch sehr genossen, es war sehr ruhig und wir waren wegen des schönen Wetters vorwiegend draußen ,

Wunderschönes Anwesen in ruhiger Lage

Dieses traumhafte Ferienhaus, gelegen am Rande des malerischen kleinen Ortes Lucciana, ist der ideale Platz um zu entspannen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Von den sehr freundlichen Vermietern wurden wir herzlich empfangen und mit ausgezeichneten Restaurant-Tipps versorgt. Das liebevoll restaurierte und ausgestattete Haus bietet reichlich Platz und eine perfekte Toskana-Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre. Spektakulär sind der riesige, gepflegte Garten mit vielen Olivenbäumen und der sehr große Pool. Sehr stimmungsvoll auch die abendliche Beleuchtung der Außenanlage. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants findet man im etwa 10 km entfernten Colle di Val d'Elsa. Sightseeing Highlights wie San Gimignano, Volterra und Monteriggioni sind jeweils nur etwa 20-25 Fahrminuten entfernt, nach Siena sind es 40 km. Wer die Ruhe und eine idyllische Lage liebt, findet hier ideale Bedingungen. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Schöner Urlaub. Sehr schöne Aussenanlage und sehr schöner Pool. Sauber. Ideal für Urlaub mit Hund da eingezäunt. Negativ: Mein sollte eine neue Kaffemaschinen anschaffen. Die alte bringt es nicht mehr. Der Warmwassermischer der Dusche sollte auch mal überprüft werden. Fazit: Gerne wieder.

Traumurlaub in der Toskana

Bereits beim heranfahren an das Grundstück - es ist so wie man sich die Toskana vorstellt. Ein Haus mit eigenem Pool und was wir nicht erwartet hatten, mit einem Park (Olivenhain) als Garten. Top gepflegt. Fabrizio (Hausbesitzer) ist ein total netter und unkomplizierter Mensch. Die Übergabe unseres Urlaubsdomizils war super schnell erledigt und für evtl. Rückfragen hat er uns noch die Telefonnummer seiner Tochter hinterlassen. Das Haus-Innere ist sehr traditionell im Italien-Look. Wer es lieber stylisch und modern mag ist hier nicht richtig. Wir haben es aber genau so erwartet. Italien PUR. Es war alles soweit sauber - an der ein oder anderen Ecke wäre noch Putzbedarf gewesen, aber wenn man in den Süden fährt rechnet man damit und diese Kleinigkeiten waren auch im Nu schnell selbst erledigt. An allen Fenstern waren Moskitonetze angebracht, die man am Abend auch nicht missen wollte. Autan und Raumspray zum ausfledern ist klar von Vorteil. Der Grillplatz ist super und es war sogar Grillkohle vorhanden. Auch bei der Waschmaschine stand einiges an Waschmittel. So mussten wir nicht gleich los um alles zu kaufen. Als wir abgereist sind, haben wir ein paar Dinge einfach wieder dazu gekauft, damit auch die Gäste nach uns den gleichen Luxus haben. Ausflüge nach Siena, Volterra, Vollpaia, Pisa und Florenz sind auch gut zu machen. Die Entfernungen sind machbar. Nach Florenz sind wir allerdings an einen Bahnhof außerhalb gefahren und von dort mit der Bahn (zu Viert hin und zurück 19,98 EUR) in ca. 20 Minuten nach Florenz rein. Das war echt super und stressfrei. In Siena konnte man gut beim Stadion parken und auch in Pisa (wenn man früh dran ist) gibt es in direkter Nähe zum Turm einen tollen großen Parkplatz. Parkgebühren sind OK. Für uns waren es wirklich super schöne 14 Tage in Lucciana (Casole d´Elsa) und bestimmt werden wir mal wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für die total unkomplizierte Zeit in Italien. Sehr schönes Haus mit spektakulären Pool

Sehr ruhig gelegenes ,gemütliches und sauberes Haus mit kompletter Küche. Riesiger Garten mit vielen Olivenbäumen und großen,sauberen Pool mit Dusche. Ist auch nachts traumhaft, da der Pool und ein paar Bäume beleuchtet sind. Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und nicht einsehbar. Ein Auto ist zwingend notwendig, da die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca.7 Autominuten entfernt liegt. Super Lage um Ausflüge zu machen. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub mit Hund
