The condo is exactly as described. Beautiful inside and great location. We had a little hiccup when we were there, but they took care of it all. Would stay again.

Wonderful location, great accommodations!

Easy to rent, great setup, wry spacious. One of the best places I have stayed in the gulf. Well stocked with all items to cook & entertain. So many small touches added!

Loved the deck...and the beach!

We had a great stay. The unit was exactly as promised. It was easy access to the beach. Great location to local restaurants and activities. The deck was amazing as well! Nice sun in the morning and good for meals in the evening.

The views, the beach, the pool, ease of location were all fantastic. Beds are comfortable, balcony is huge and very comfy! Anything you could possibly need in this spacious condo, was there just as other reviewers have said, and it was very clean! Thanks for a great vacation location.

Absolutely Amazing!

Thank you so much for an amazing vacation! The condo is absolutely perfect! The furnishings are beautiful and the furniture is extremely comfortable! We love the view of the gulf along with the large patio! The kitchen was fabulous and had everything we needed! We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation!

Such a well appointed unit. Everything was well thought out, including the areas to place our beach bags and even sunglasses. We LOVED having such nice furniture on the balcony.

Beautiful condo !

We had the pleasure of only spending a couple of nights at the beautiful condo ! Unfortunately Hurricane Sally forced us to leave. The owner has been so accommodating and we will be rebooking very soon ! Highly recommend and I pray this beautiful condo made it through Sally with no damage . Highly recommend !

Nautical heaven!

We absolutely loved our stay at Shipwatch A 804. It was better than we had expected! We loved watching the dolphins from the enormous balcony. Bedding was super comfortable, and the furnishings were just beautiful, like straight out of a magazine. We like to head to the beach at least twice a year, and were so thrilled to book this hidden gem. So many surprises were included: a basket of beach towels, two coffee pots (one for K cups), an umbrella, pillows and cushions on the balcony furniture. We really enjoyed the keyless entry, as well as no parking fee. We look forward to our next stay, hopefully in warmer weather!

I love a small complex. The outside of the property need some attention, but this unit was definitely one we will revisit. Unit was clean, furniture was great. Kitchen was great, beds slept good, great water pressure Location was convenient, not congested. We had a few small issues inside unit but managers took care of it. We will visit this unit again.

Perfect Getaway

Everything was just as described and as pictured. There was some sort of screen malfunction on the oven but someone came out and checked it and told us that the part had been ordered. The oven worked. It was just hard to see the temperature information, etc because of the glitching. We have put this on our return to list!

Fantastic views in well-decorated updated unit at Shipwatch.

Fantastic views of the gulf from the living areas and master in this well appointed top floor (8th) condo unit. The larger balcony area has several sitting spaces to enjoy the panoramic gulf views. This unit is on the west end of the building and there is also a window on the west side of the living area which allows lots of light into this well-decorated condo. The kitchen window and 2nd bedroom offer views to the Intercoastal waterway. The high pitched ceiling makes this unit feel very spacious. We would definitely rent here again. Very bright and comfortable space.

Mom & Dad's Anniversary

My dad passed away June of this year. October 18th would have been my parents 58th wedding anniversary. My sisters and I decided to get the condo to help mom get through that day. SUCCESS!! My mom and I live in Pensacola but my 3 other sisters flew in or drove in so we could make this happen. She loved it and before we left we booked for next year! It will be an annual thing. I wish we could have booked the same unit but unfortunately it was not available so we booked one on another floor. See you October 2024.
