Ample seating in living area and dining area. Well appointed kitchen. Spacious balcony with dining table and additional seating. Tile floors throughout. Grill area on site. Property has 2 pools and boat access to Old River. Basketball goal, Tennis and Pickle Ball courts on property. Rents Sunday-Sunday in Summer. Walking distance to the Flora-Bama. The balcony area was awesome with plenty of room to relax and take in the beautiful view. I’ve rented many of homes in the Perdido Key area and this was superior. We will return.

This was a beautiful condo on the eight floor overlooking the Gulf. No one above to worry about noise. Great location. Just wish we had scheduled to stay longer at this location. Property manager was awesome to work with as well. Highly recommend this rental.

This was my family's favorite condo we have ever stayed in. It was clean, extra linens and supplies, everything we needed. The ice maker was an added bonus. Comfy beds. And, great location! quick walk out to the beach.

We had an amazing time staying here over Thanksgiving. The view was stunning and we were thrilled with the quality of furniture and the towels were so plush! We would definitely book here again.

We love this location and this particular condo has been very well maintained. It is nicely furnished and the bed is super comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could want for cooking different types of meals. The host was great to communicate with and we definitely plan to return!

Excellent communication before and during our stay. This unit is exceptionally clean, and well appointed. The location is great to be able to go into Orange Beach/Gulf Shores, or Perdido Key/Pensacola. The beach is super nice and clean with umbrella and chair service available. I would 100 percent stay here again!

Can't say enough good things about this condo! Very clean, nicely decorated. Large kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. Comfy bed. Good hot shower. And the best part is right on the beach with a large balcony! We will definitely stay here again
