Precioso remodelado 2 dormitorio y 1 1/2 baño casa de playa ubicada al sur de Thomas Drive, a sólo 100 pies desde el Golfo, a 100 yardas de acceso a la playa. Piscina privada con fuente Dolphin rodeada de jardín ajardinado profesionalmente. Cocina totalmente equipada. .

Extras: El dormitorio principal cuenta con sofá cama de tamaño completo que podría acomodar a dos niños pequeños. Ducha exterior caliente y fría en la piscina. Reina tamaño sofá cama en la sala de estar.

A poca distancia de numerosos restaurantes excelentes junto a la playa. Conveniente para Zoo World, Gulf World, el parque acuático Naufragio, Hombre Golf Course, St. Andrews State Park Florida, Frank Brown complejo deportivo, Marina del capitán Anderson, y el Gran Laguna. La edad mínima para ejecutar de arrendamiento de 25 años de edad o más, y debe residir en la casa durante el período de arrendamiento.

My husband and I absolutely love this house! It is close the beach, all of the good restaurants and the neighborhood is quiet.

Check in was seamless. The whole place was perfect for the 2 of us. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels and linens. The blanket in the closet helped! Easy parking & bar across the street was good in a pinch. **they do play LOUD live music nearly every night - so something to be aware of. We didn’t mind much because it’s not so loud once you’re inside. An option to turn the fountain off would be nice as well as turn down or off the outside lights. Other than that, great stay for both of us.

Nice place

We really enjoyed our stay . Pool was awesome the only thing is tv in livingroom needs updating and washer and dryer would have came in handy but i understand why they don’t provide one I would stay again thank you for allowing us too stay

Hidden Gem

Wow!! This place and the owners are just absolutely Amazing. My family and I enjoyed staying here more than anywhere we have ever been in Panama. To start the house is very clean and has everything you will ever need from the kitchen being fully stocked, to plenty of towels or blankets, to pool toys and including a grill. We very much enjoyed waking up and having breakfast on the back porch by the pool and ending the night with a swim. It’s also just a 2 min walk to the beach which was pretty awesome and to top it off there’s a little bar right across the street with great food and live music every night. We were able to have dinner on the back patio while getting to listen to the live band which to us was a plus. Do not pass on this sweet spot you will not regret it. Thank y’all for the great place to stay!!

Review of property

My Daughter(23) & my son(21) went to PCB to spend time together to remember my husband of 35 years( their Dad) that passed away July 6, 2023 from a 3 year battle with cancer. We spent a week every Summer at PCB. We arrived at this adorable house, got Local Steamers delivered, and then went outside to sit by the pool. My son was swimming in the pool and we were really enjoying the music from the bar across the street. We had been there for about 2 hours when my daughter noticed water in the kitchen floor from the sliding glass window. I thought it was the yeti cooler. Unfortunately, it was not. A pipe had busted in the wall in the outdoor bathroom addition. I called the owner immediately and was totally freaking out. The entire house was flooding as water was coming in from the inside bathroom attached to the outside bathroom wall. I took live video of the flooding while I was FaceTiming her. My daughter and I put her vases up and anything off floor the best we could. She sent her handy man to turn off the water. Unfortunately, we were devastated as we had just arrived after a 8 hour roadtrip and now had to find another place to stay late at night in PCB on 4th of July week. Which after about 2 hours calling around we did. The owner was nice and concerned and hated the situation had happened to us and refunded our money quickly. It was refunded for house rules. Which I hope that didn’t mean she blamed us for anything? We had to pay $2400 elsewhere unexpected. Ouch!

Very comfortable cottage-style Florida beach house.

Only one full bath in house but outdoor hot/cold shower and powder room take up the slack. Convenient for going to bathroom when by pool and not trailing through the house. Kitchen was well equipped enough, we grilled one evening and cooked a big breakfast once during our stay. The pool is a small splash pool with seat around one side, fountain is serene. Private yard and was wonderful since double red flags, bad rip tides at ocean a few days of our visit. Pool was a lifesaver! Bed was comfortable, would prefer a king just because that is what we are used to. Would highly recommend this house. No washer/dryer but launderette is closer than the beach, lol, and the beach is close. We used a wagon to take stuff back and forth to beach and laundry! Nightly live music you can enjoy from back patio/lanai, cocktails and good food at Alibi Beach Bar adjacent to house. Some small things (kitchen towels, oven mits, throw rugs) and couch in living room could use updating, little impact to our stay. Old Florida beach house feel, we really enjoyed it!

Love this property! Our family stays nearby and we love hosting dinner in the evenings on the patio without them tracking sand inside! The outdoor bathroom helps so much with this too!

Amazing relaxing trip

What a beautiful place to recharge and enjoy family , sun and beaches . We couldn't chose a better place to stay . The pool was so fun for the kids and so very relaxing listening to the live band in the evening just across the street and drinking coffee by the pool in the morning . We absolutely loved our stay ♥️

Nice stay Could have been BETTER.

The listing states laundry but it’s not functional and has a note to use laundry mat and that it was removed from listing. Having a pool and being a beach property this is very difficult to work around. No one wants to go to the laundromat on vacation. As a whole we enjoyed our stay but not being able to dry towels and swim suits when you have a pool and the beach is difficult. The furniture could be updated in the house. The most comfortable furniture was outside. Raining days sitting on the couch was uncomfortable, we spent that time sitting in the bed.

Lovely Beach Stay

Cozy and conveniently located beach-town cottage. As first timers in PCB, we enjoyed our stay at this property. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. The outdoor patio and pool was wonderful in the evenings after spending the day on the beach. The location is close enough to all the fun of PCB, yet also private to enjoy some peace of mind. The beachy themed lounge across the street played free live music in the evenings which was quite enjoyable. There are plenty of dishes, cookwear and silverwear. There are also plenty of towels. Overall, the house has everything a small family needs for a basic comfy beach getaway. The only thing we missed was a washing machine, however there is a laundromat around the corner. I'd recommend this property for a small family with young kids or a couple. If we return to PCB, we would easily stay again.

4 of us stayed, it was so nice inside and outside! Plenty of room to enjoy everything! The owner Mary is very helpful with any questions you may have. The pool is very nice! Just perfect for us!

My favorite thing about this cottage is the private backyard with the pool AND its close proximity to the beach. Its in a quiet neighborhood and is also close to shopping and grocery stores etc.

We love this place

We have stayed in this cottage multiple times. We always enjoy the residential feel of the surrounding neighborhood combined with great beach access and of course the private pool and outdoor shower. We will be back again!

It is the classic example of "COTTAGE BY THE SEA". a step back to a slower time when families enjoyed each others company. A place you can sit back and enjoy your morning coffee under the patio fans, and listen to the tinkle of the fountain in the garden.
It's a place you can feel like belongs just to you----
not a copy of the condo next door,------
even if it is, for just a few days.
