Mi casa está ubicada en el corazón de Thomas Drive, justo enfrente de las arenas blancas y las aguas color esmeralda de Panama City Beach. La casa cuenta con 3 dormitorios y 3 baños. Una de las habitaciones y baños se encuentra en la planta baja para aquellos que no quieren subir las escaleras. La casa tiene televisores de pantalla plana y una gran área de cubierta trasera con mucho espacio para reuniones sociales. La piscina también es una gran característica. Tiene 16 pies de largo, 8 pies de ancho y 4 pies de profundidad con chorros de mensajes y mucho espacio para todos. Mi casa está completamente equipada con todas las sábanas y utensilios que pueda necesitar. Ven y quédate, te garantizaré que te encantará el alojamiento.

Wonderful Stay – Exactly as Expected!

We had a great experience at this rental! Everything was just as described in the listing, which we really appreciated. The walk to the beach was short and easy, even our 7- and 9-year-olds had no complaints. We were also pleasantly surprised to find car parking available at the public beach access every day, which was super convenient.The pool was the perfect size for our kids and made it easy to relax in between beach trips. We also used Walmart grocery delivery, which was a total game changer and made settling in a breeze.Great location, comfortable stay, and all-around a smooth, enjoyable vacation!

We had a great time at the house. It was very clean. The XL hot tub/pool combo was perfect for the kids and the adults. Easy, quick walk to the beach and a very short drive to St. Andrews. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool was a perfect addition for the kids when we were done with the beach for the day! Short walk to the beach but would suggest renting a golf cart along with the house if you had really young kids. Definitely would stay again!

Love the swim spa!

This townhome has plenty of room for a family with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms! It is across the street from beach access and has its own swim spa. Perfect for the kids! 3rd time staying here. The owner is quick to respond and handle any concerns!

Great place to stay

This place was awesome for our family. Very clean and quite. We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was just a short walk across the street. We asked the owner for a cover for the hot tub to keep it warm when we had cooler nights and he responded immediately and brought us one that same day. Over all it was a great experience and we would definitely stay there again.

Great location easy access to beach and surrounding fun! Pool/swim spa was awesome and perfect for us all. House was very clean, better than described in profile and brand new everything! Owner was there upon check in and gave us the in’s and out’s of the house, the area and most of all how to have fun. Would recommend to any family looking for a convenient, well furnished, relaxing, and safe place to stay when visiting Panama City Beach.

OUTSTANDING Property and Owner

This place is amazing and the owner is outstanding. In all the years that I have rented properties never have I been contacted by the owner to ensure I have received all of my information needed for the property and if there is anything that I need. Jason called me prior to our stay and this spoke volumes about how much he appreciates his tenants and property. Jason also came out to the property twice during our stay and checked on and cleaned the pools and checked to see if we needed anything. We lost power one day and I contacted Jason and he got on it right away. I highly recommend this property. It is beautiful, very homey, comfortable, great location, and the owner is very nice and caring. Will definitely stay again and I HIGHLY recommend. You won´t find a more beautiful property or nicer owner.

Best Vacation Ever!!!!!!

Let me begin by saying that this house is remarkable! The house had everything we could possibly need to make our vacation as comfortable and relaxing as possible. There was an abundance of fresh linens, high quality toiletries, comfortable beds with very soft sheets, and the fridge was stocked with various condiments. I can tell that the owners did not spare any expense furnishing their house to make their guests feel at home. I have stayed in Panama City Beach several times, and I have never stayed in a house as clean and comfortable as this one. The swim spa in the back is the best part of the house. My family and I had an amazing time lounging in the spa for hours. Finally, the location of the house is perfect. It is close enough to all the action, but just far enough away for it to still be peaceful. The public beach access across the street is very close and convenient. In no time my family and I were enjoying the hot Florida sun and beautiful white sand beach. Overall, our vacation was the best imaginable because the house was perfect. We are already planning our stay next year. See you soon!

Clean, everything worked as ot should. Every bedroom has its own full bath. Beach access close enough to walk but there is plenty of parking if one chooses to drive over. Swim spa was a nice plus as well.

Perfect for couples.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom. A total of 3 bedrooms. The space in the sitting and kitchen area is enough for entertaining. The jacuzzi pool is plus. Everything was clean when we arrived.

Great space, close to beach!

Overall, this is a great home a quick 3-4 blocks from the beach with plenty of space for a family. As a foster family with teenagers, we’re never quite sure how a vacation will trend. This was the perfect home in that it allowed for maximum flexibility in activities. You’re a quick walk from the beach, the spa/pool is a great way to relax and pass time when people in your party do not want to be at the beach, and you’re also a short drive from many of the activities like go karts. Each room has its own full bathroom which was perfect for our situation. The nearby public beach was not very crowded and had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. Only downside was the amount of utility construction happening around the property, but that is likely temporary.

Loved the house and the swim spa was a great extra. Just the right size for the adults to lounge and enjoy the spa treatment and the 7 year old to play still. The house was very clean and right across the street from the beach. Short 5 min walk to the beach and a very non crowded area. Loves our stay.

This townhouse was specifically designed for a short term rental. It has large living room spaces for multiple families, it is a very short walk to the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach, it has a pool, all the furnishings are first class, the mattress are an upgraded memory foam euro top mattress, kitchen is fully furnished, beautiful views, close to all the restaurants and attractions and large decks for social gatherings.

The most unique benefit is the swim spa pool. The pool can be heated in the winter and has powerful jet pumps that you can swim against. It also has seats with messaging jets. This spa is the same size as a typical pool, but also has these added benefits. It is a feature of the house that I guarantee you will enjoy.
