The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa bed, a TV for enjoying your favorite shows, and a dining table, making it an ideal space to unwind and spend quality time with your group.
The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows leading onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the creek views and historic gaol.
The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.
The bedroom contains a comfortable UK king-size bed, with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
