Designed with both comfort and convenience in mind, the room features a UK king bed dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. A separate workspace adjacent to the bedroom makes the space equally suited for remote work or catching up on tasks during your stay. Large windows fill the room with natural light, creating a bright, warm, and welcoming atmosphere.
For your convenience, tea- and coffee-making facilities are provided.
The en-suite bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, so you can travel light and still feel at home.
Please note that there is no elevator in the building, so all rooms are accessible only by stairs.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We charge €120 per lost room key card. There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your key card safe.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
