One week Stay : Well kitted out with plenty of kitchen gear and lots of seating in the lounge. 3 bathrooms was also a great asset. Lock box much easier to use than many. No pple to close sky light blinds. Even when I messaged guest ready and spoke to them on the phone about this no pole was provided We looked high and low for it and it wasn't in the house

Thank you, Suzanne, for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, spacious lounge area, and the convenience of having three bathrooms. It's also great to know that you found the lock box easy to use. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the missing skylight blind pole. We understand how frustrating this kind of oversight can be during your stay. Rest assured, this issue has been addressed, and the pole is now available for future guests. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we hope to welcome you back for an even better experience next time. GuestReady Team
