Welcome to a serene retreat where comfort meets nature. This charming villa blends traditional stonework and high wooden ceilings with modern comfort, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere throughout.
The villa features three spacious ensuite bedrooms, each with large balconies offering breathtaking views of the sea and the forest.
On the ground floor, you’ll find:
A bright bedroom with two single beds and private ensuite
A convenient guest toilet and laundry area
A generous open-plan living and dining space with a fully equipped kitchen
Five large windows that flood the space with natural sunlight
The internal staircase leads to the first floor, where a peaceful reading and meditation corner awaits. Here, you’ll also find two large ensuite bedrooms:
One with two single beds that can easily be joined to form a luxurious super-king bed
Another with a comfortable king-size bed
Step outside to immerse yourself in nature:
A 50 sqm swimming pool surrounded by pine trees, with spectacular sea views
A BBQ area and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing under the sun
Over one acre of private land, home to birds, butterflies, and bees, offering a peaceful sanctuary where wildlife thrives alongside you

Nature has always been close to our hearts, and in recent years we’ve discovered a deep joy in caring for our olive trees and harvesting their fruit—a tradition we cherish more with every season. We’re also passionate beekeepers, grateful for the chance to nurture these wonderful creatures. Yet, in just 2 km, you can reach the beach, local markets, and charming restaurants. The famous Almyros Beach is nearby, along with many other hidden gems waiting to be explored. And with the airport only 40 km away, the villa is both easily accessible and wonderfully secluded—a truly ideal location for a peaceful and unforgettable stay.
