Estamos a minutos de la playa, Broadway on the Beach, restaurantes, entretenimiento, teatro, museos y, por supuesto, de compras. Cerca de numerosos campos de golf de campeonato, pista de carreras, deportes acuáticos, carreras de autos, minigolf, acuario, museo de cera, jardines Brookgreen y mucho más.
Este inmaculado, recién amueblado y decorado de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños completos con capacidad para 8. Habitación con cama King, habitación con cama grande, 2 habitaciones con 2 camas individuales XL y sofá cama doble. Hay un televisor en la sala de estar y en todas las habitaciones. Cuenta con cable, WiFi, cocina actualizada totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y placa para salpicaduras de azulejos del metro, ropa de cama y baño, lavadora, secadora, lavaplatos, plancha, secador de pelo, cafetera y muebles de exterior en el balcón; Todo lo que necesitas para que tu estancia sea libre de estrés. Ubicado en el 3er piso, y hay un ascensor. El estacionamiento está convenientemente ubicado justo en frente del edificio.

Great Experience

The property is well maintained on the outside as well as the inside. We loved the central location of the property. A short drive to the beach, golf, and tons of restaurants! My kids loved the amazingly soft carpet in the living room!! It was a great week stay while we played in a baseball tournament and enjoyed family time.

Top Notch Place To Stay

What a wonderful rental! I 1000% recommend staying in this amazing condo/home. It was not only a beautiful place to stay, it was so clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay while making us feel right at home. The host - Laura was welcoming, informative and responsive before and throughout our stay. It’s conveniently located to restaurants, golf courses, The Cal Ripken Experience baseball fields, water park, Broadway at the Beach, the ocean and other activities to enjoy while you visit Myrtle Beach. My family expressed daily how happy we were with our choice of place to stay and Laura was a fantastic host!

Stop what you’re doing and book NOW!

We stayed in this condo for a week while visiting Myrtle Beach for dance nationals. When we arrived, we were very pleased to see how clean the condo was. It is decorated beautifully with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The owners thought of everything! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need (even chip clips!). Notepads, pens, throw blankets, iron, beach towels are also in the condo. We loved the wonderful view of the lake from the balcony. Communication with the owner is TOP NOTCH. Laura responds quickly and is very helpful. You will not find a better host. We had an emergency during our stay and she was very thoughtful, concerned, and supportive. The area is perfect for families. The community is quiet and clean with security guards. Several nice pools to enjoy and it’s not too far from the beach. 10/10 recommend booking with Laura!

Great Place for family

This was in a quiet community. The condo, pool and area was very nice and clean. The condo was big enough for 8 people, no one was right on top of the other. We will definitely keep this place in mind next time we are in Myrtle Beach

Excellent stay!

This condo was amazing! Nice, clean, and had all the essentials! We especially loved the “junk drawer”, as the sewing kit came in handy a few times. Having the washer and dryer was very nice when traveling with 6 kids.

Beautiful Clean Perfectly Located

We really enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach. There are a lot of activities for all ages. The condo was perfectly setup for our family of 5. It was clean and fully furnished. Check-in/out were a breeze. Laura was very accommodating, very responsive, and checked in often to ensure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend staying here!!

Condo was very nice sized for family of 8 to stay, and located in a good proximity to everything as long as you have a car. Property owners communicated really well when we had any questions! Loved our stay there.

Perfect Myrtle Beach Get Away

This property was beautiful. Very clean, spacious and scenic. It met all of our vacation needs and Laura was prompt and accessible to answer all questions and help us with anything we needed. We enjoyed a wonderful vacation without any accommodation hassles. Highly recommend.

Good for families

Overall, I enjoyed my experience. I travelled with my family and my sister and her family....that was very stressful!!! Laura was a sweetheart throughout everything, and even messaged me during the stay to see how everything was going. On a side note...twin beds are super comfy!!!

Hi folks! We are Ed and Laura from Long Island, New York. We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for over 25 years, and got tired of trying to find a nice place to stay. We decided to buy our own place so it would be available for our few weeks a year that we can get away. We picked this location because it is convenient to everything. Ed is an avid golfer, and Laura is more the beach, entertainment, jogging and shopping person. It's also a great place for our children and grandchildren because there are pools on site, beach nearby, and many grown up and kid friendly things to do within a mile or so. It's all right here!

We purchased this home because unless you booked a year in advance, most resorts were booked. Hotels don't have full kitchens, 2 bathrooms, and cost more, per night, than a whole beautiful, fully equipped condo!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

If you prefer to just relax, you can sit outside on the covered, furnished balcony in the morning with your coffee, or inside and open the blinds if you prefer, and see the most beautiful sunrise over the lake. There are ducks, blue herons, egrets, and big turtles in the lake, also making it a relaxing place day or night.
