Exclusivo de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, condominio con hermosa vista del campo de golf. Este condominio está en el 1er piso de un edificio que está frente al campo de golf. El condominio es amplio y luminoso con muchas mejoras, incluyendo un televisor de pantalla plana.

Hemos decorado este condominio con muebles tradicionales de primera línea y no hemos escatimado en gastos. Alquile directamente y ahorre dinero y aproveche las mismas comodidades. Hay 1 columpio king, 1 cama king regular y 2 camas individuales más un sofá cama queen, por lo que podemos acomodar fácilmente a 6 golfistas con cada uno con su propia cama o una familia de 8 con 2 en cada una de las camas.

Myrtlewood Villas está convenientemente ubicado a solo una cuadra de las tiendas de comestibles, a 2 millas al norte de Broadway at the Beach, y a 5 millas al sur de Barefoot Landing y los excelentes restaurantes y tiendas que ambos presumen. Pruebe uno de nuestros favoritos, 'Dicks Last Resort' para pasar un buen rato y una comida maravillosa.

Locked out

Overall the stay was good. The place was clean. Was locked out of the property the first night around 11:00pm. Host offered to put us up in a hotel for the night which was unacceptable to us. Locksmith arrived and was able to get into the property within 30 minutes.

Condo looked just as advertised! It was great easy to communicate and with quick response time. My family loved it and my grandbaby took advantage of the community pool every day. Will be back!!

The condo is clean and we loved the updated bathrooms! The space worked well for 3 moms and 3 kiddos. We loved that the pool is within walking distance of the condo. Property is well maintained. We will be back!

Great space for a family of 6!

We were in town for a dance convention at the Myrtle Beach CC. It was an excellent location, close to the beach, close to the convention center and excellent for our family. We had plenty of space to sleep, relax, enjoy the grounds and the pool while having the needed proximity. We would definitely stay again.

Nice Getaway

The property had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated. We had a couple small issues when we arrived but the property owner was easy to get up with & took care of the issue. Enjoyed our time here with family & would definitely stay here again. The location is great too.

2024 Myrtle Beach Golf Trip

This property was perfect for our annual ladies Myrtle Beach golf trip. Spacious, clean and close to everything. The property manager was extremely easy to contact, and she was quick to respond to our inquiries. Great place to stay.

Another Great Vacation in Myrtle Beach

This was the 3rd time in the past 7 years that we have rented this Condo. Loved the remodeling that was done with the flooring and the furniture. I always love cooking in the big kitchen, it’s very well stocked. The location of this condo always fits our needs and the whole complex of Myrtlewood is always nice. Will definitely be booking again on our next visit.

Baseball Tournament Trip

Booked this location for its proximity to the Cal Ripken Experience. Super easy to get back and forth to games. Utilized the proximity to Broadway on the Beach, as well. Owner was very responsive. Check-in process was delayed by cleaning company; however, owner was in contact with us during this process. Condo fit our family nicely. Complex was clean, pools were nice, and condo was a good fit for what we were looking for. Public beach access was within a 5 minute drive and very accessible. Only negative with our stay was cleaning crew was delayed in finishing by about an hour pushing our check-in to closer to 5pm. Once in the condo it was clean; however, one set of sheets needed to be rewashed (they had sand in them and makeup stains). This did not negatively affect our vacation, as we quickly through them in the wash and moved on with our stay.

Wonderful condo

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this Myrtle Beach condo. It was clean and spacious with comfortable furniture. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. The management was easy to work with and made our stay pleasant. The complex is quiet and clean. The pool was usually quiet but was pretty busy on the Fourth of July. It is convenient to Broadway at the Beach for restaurants and shopping. We would recommend this condo and would stay here again! Thank you!

Great location!

Our family came into town for a week long baseball tournament. This condo was a perfect location - close to the fields, close to the airport, close to activities, and of course the beach! The place was clean and had a lot of room! We would definitely rent again if we were coming into town :)

We had a great week

The AC was cold, shower hot and beds soft. What more could you ask for? We really enjoyed how much seating in the living room there was, and on the patio. Coffee out there each morning was so relaxing. Being able to cool some of our own meals was a big help with cost savings. They had a kurig and a 5 cup coffee pot, nice and vircital. If this unit is open for our dates next year, we will stay here again. There was one question we had of the host at check in, and they responded in just a few minutes. 5 star hosts!

Space for days!

Our stay was perfection. From the close parking to the immaculate kept grounds we will return. The space inside was amazing. We were in the kitchen cooking together and didn’t feel cramp. The overall furniture was comfy and room enough for our family. Every bed had plenty of comfort and pillows if needed. additional hangers in each closet… and that master bedroom closet is everything. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had before arrival and during stay. Can’t wait to book again. It was definitely home away from home.

Overall a great place, but it had some issues

When we first came into the condo, we could tell that the place was not cleaned well. The sheets and towels were clean, but all surfaces (counters, sinks, nightstands, etc.) were dirty and dusty. The toilets had dried urine and hair on them, and the showers were also dirty with hair and various pieces of dirt. Also, the sinks had soap scum on them and the kitchen sink had dried food on it. We reached out to Caroline who was very apologetic and tried to figure out why it had not been cleaned, but when she had her cleaning service come back to clean while we were out, they didn’t do any cleaning. They just took pictures of what I had already cleaned and left. So we had to clean everything ourselves. Another issue was that the queen bed in the bedroom to the left of the front door (when you walk in) is actually two twin beds pushed together with a cover on top. The picture on this site (third bedroom) shows it as a queen bed which is not accurate advertising. My brother said it was very uncomfortable. The pictures should also be updated since some things have changed in the condo, but for the better. The king size bed was very comfortable and the twin beds seemed to be okay. The appliances were really nice besides the dryer, which is old and it doesn’t dry clothes well. It would also be helpful to have another couch in the living room that could replace some of the chairs. The TVs were nice and had a good cable service. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there can be some improvements made.
