Every morning, our housekeeping staff will take care of the daily service: refreshing the rooms, making the beds, and providing fresh towels. For anything else you may need, please don’t hesitate to let us know — we will always do our best to make you feel at home.

UPON REQUEST AND FOR AN EXTRA CHARGE, WE OFFER ADDITIONAL CLEANING AND BED CHANGE. WE ORGANIZE DAILY CLEANING, INCLUDING BREAKFAST PREPARATION AND CLEANING OF BATHROOMS, ROOMS, KITCHEN, AND TERRACE.

WE WILL PROVIDE THE COST ON REQUEST.

After booking, we will send you a booking confirmation with a link (online check-in form) that must be completed and submitted before check-in.

IN FLORENCE, IT IS PERMITTED TO BE TURNED ON FROM NOVEMBER 1ST TO APRIL 15TH.

The air conditioning is centralized and operates according to regulations. Regulations generally allow the air conditioning to be turned on from mid-May to early June.
