The Penthouse, in a prime beachfront location, accommodates 8 guests with 2 master bedrooms, each of them has its own private terrace (one of them with Jakkuzi). 3rd room with double bed and 4th one with 2 single beds. 3 full bathrooms, 2 en-suite.
3 terraces, offering all-day sun, sea views, and a scenic cityscape. In one of the finest residential building, with 24-hour security, concierge and Swimming pools access! Perfect for a memorable stay thanks to breathtaking surroundings and comfort!
This spacious Penthouse boasts a total constructed area of 180 m2, complemented by 3 expansive private terraces! One if them with private Jacuzzi. The well-designed layout includes four bedrooms, with 2 master bedrooms featuring a private bathroom equipped with a bathtub and bidet, and closet space. Two of the other bedrooms are double bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed and the other with two singles.
A third full bathroom with a shower bathtub is conveniently shared among the occupants.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts all necessary appliances, as well as a complete set of plates, glasses, and utensils.
The living area is thoughtfully furnished with a sofa, dining table, small side table, TV, TV furniture, and tasteful decorations. The highlight of this residence is the private terrace, featuring a table with chairs and unobstructed, breathtaking sea and city views.
This Penthouse offers a harmonious blend of functionality and comfort, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation.
Exclusive access to the apartment is granted solely to registered guests. The utilization of communal areas within the building is strictly prohibited. Only swimming pools can be used by prior notice to the Host. Parking access must be arranged prior to arrival.
Guests are encouraged to contact us at any time via W-App or by calling the provided phone number for prompt assistance and support.
Kindly note that this property is an exclusive and self-contained unit situated in the most prestigious residential building in the area.
Guidelines are in place to maintain a tranquil environment, including the Strict Prohibition of:
1) Parties.
2) Noise after 22:00.
3) Smoking within the apartment (cigarettes permitted solely on the terrace).
4) Smoking of any substances, including weed and shisha, both within the apartment and on the terrace.
5) Having pets inside.
6) The use of communal areas within the building. Swimming pools can be used with prior notice to the Host.
7) Bringing unauthorized visitors. All guests must be registered during the check-in process with their passport details, even if they arrive later, whether on the same day or several days after the initial guests` arrival.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the immediate removal of guests from the apartment, with no refund of the amount paid for the entire stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all residents and guests.
NOTE:
1) City TAX per adult 6.88€/day to be paid on arrival date in cash.
2) Late check-in fee of 50€ for check-ins after 21:00.
