¡Te encantará mi pintoresca y pequeña casa justo en el medio de Nashville! Ubicado junto a la carretera interestatal 440, está a 5 minutos de Broadway, a 7 minutos de las maravillosas tiendas Green Hills y a quince minutos de las tiendas de Cool Springs. Esta casa fue renovada en 2014 y cuenta con 2 camas queen y 2 camas individuales. El baño fue renovado en 2018. La cubierta posterior es perfecta para una copa de vino por la tarde o noche con un impresionante dosel de luces de cuerda. Proporciono cable y WiFi, así como dos televisores. La cocina TV se sincroniza con la sala de TV. ¡Te encantará esta casa tanto como a mí!

Family trip to Nashville

The house was clean in the inside but very small bathroom. Back porch and deck area needs upgrade but good enclosed area for pet. Neighborhood was pretty quiet. Uber cost one way to downtown was $40.00. No TV in the bedrooms which we would have preferred. Great place if You are going for just a few days. Owner was very responsive and appliances were newer models.

Close to everything and reasonably priced!

My husband and I took our two sons and my son’s fiancée to Nashville along with our St. Bernard. The home was exactly as described with a large backyard. We were minutes driving distance to all of the places we visited. We parked two cars in the driveway. Even the kids commented on how nice the house was!

Home away from Home in Music City

We had a great stay, very close all the activities in downtown Nashville and we felt safe and had nice fence yard for our dog June to run and play. Nice dog park is near by too. Thanks for everything!

Cute house & close to city center

We had a lovely 3-night stay here...very comfortable, cute and a great backyard. The owner was very friendly and came right over when we had an issue w one of the doors. I appreciated the good design of the place and cute decor. Thank you!

Great house and location!

Traveled to Nashville with husband and dog. What a great place! Our dog was so depressed arriving back home. This house has the perfect yard! Shaded and space for letting our dog play. He was so happy! Ubering downtown was very inexpensive. The house is the perfect size for 2 or even more ppl. Everything you could ask for and more! Very cute! Can’t say enough about it! If available in the future we will definitely rebook! Latin neighbor, found a great store a few blocks over with yummy tostadas and quesadillas! Perfect! Thank you for a great getaway!

December in Nashville

The location is within 10-15 minutes of Nashville must sees. The back yard was terrific for our two Aussies. The deck with lighting is a great additional space. Great stay, would highly recommend.

Nashville Visit

Your home was clean, updated and provided off street parking. The AC worked great and we appreciated the home being cool upon arrival. The yard was fenced which our pup enjoyed. The sink in the BR drained slowly and the oven/stove were both slow to heat up. Would recommend the property. Thank you.

Perfect getaway!

Jorden was very easy to communicate with and quick to reply! The house was perfect for 4 of us girls. Neighborhood was quiet and close to multiple areas. The beds were comfortable and clean. Look forward to coming back!

Great location in quiet neighborhood

This house was in a perfect location, close to the airport and a short drive to Broadway and many of the places you want to visit when in Nashville. There is a grocery store within a 5-10 minute drive. The house was stocked with all of the basics that you need for preparing meals including a one cup coffee maker. Having only one bathroom was not a problem and while small it was clean with nice linens and a good shower. I would definitely stay here again and hope to if I am able to get back to Nashville.

Woodbine stay

the house was clean the beds were comfortable, and having a washer and dryer was great. the location was good, easy to take a lyft or uber to downtown. The disappointments were the grill did not work, the kitchen utensils were lacking, we could only find 3 forks and the cooking utensils needed replacing as well as some of the pans.

Super cute, clean, and located close to everything!

We enjoyed our girls weekend in this adorable little house. The inside is completely new with a full gorgeous kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the house was super clean. We Uber-ed to downtown and it took about 10 minutes. (Ubers were plentiful too, we never waited more than 5 minutes anywhere for one to show up).

Nashville trip

Cute and comfortable home, with everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. Location couldn't be any easier to get to downtown. The house was actually bigger than it looks in pictures. The owner was very nice. Overall a great vacation!

Easy Freeway Access to all activities

My wife and I have stayed at a number of HomeAway/VRBO properties and have never had a bad experience. We loved this location and used Uber for most of our excursions. The home has been nicely updated but lacked some basic traveler items. There were only 3 coffee mugs and 4 dinner plates. I went to the Dollar General store and picked up a few extras as 3 mugs don't last very long especially since the one large mug was cracked. The bathroom was recently updated but could use a couple more shelves to store toiletries. The bottom shelf is slightly sloped and items fell into the toilet a couple times. I learned to put the toilet seat cover down right away. We loved the entertainment options for Nashville and went to shows 6 of the 7 nights in town. We usually veg around the TV mornings and early afternoons and were a bit disappointed the big TV on the pics was replaced with a much smaller one. Maybe it would be a good idea to lower the art work and update the family room pics. The owner stopped by one day to replace the battery on the keyless entry as it sometimes was not working. It works great now. All in all it was a good stay. We loved all the Mexican food options within 4-6 blocks and thought the place was priced right. We'd definitely stay here over a hotel any day.

I was born and raised here in Nashville, a unicorn is what transplants call me. It has been amazing to watch the city go from slummy bars with barely walkable sidewalks on Broadway to massive country music stars clamoring to have their name on buildings. I own a business in town and we have been there since 1963, so my family is firmly entrenched in this great city's history. I don't just live here, I experience Nashville every weekend. I'm always trying a new restaurant or bar. When you're here, try something new, you won't be disappointed!

It is very, very difficult to find a property this close to downtown that has its own parking, back deck with a string light canopy, and yard. Everything is nice, new, and clean. You are walking distance to the new soccer stadium!
