Close enough to downtown to feel the pulse, yet tucked away on a peaceful residential street. Enjoy Frankie Pierce Park, less than half a mile away, featuring a fun playground and dog park. Within a mile, you'll find an array of dining and bar options, including local favorites like Geist for brunch, Mother Ruin for cocktails, and Central BBQ. Other Things to Note:

Hot Tub: The hot tub is professionally cleaned and the water is refreshed prior to each arrival. During colder temperatures, when the water has been replaced, it may take up to 24 hours from check-in for the hot tub to fully heat while covered and retaining warmth.

*Please note that in cold weather, the hot tub may have difficulty maintaining temperatures above 95°F.*
