4 Pine Reach- Una gran casa ubicada en la prestigiosa comunidad North Rehoboth de Henlopen Acres. Rodeada por otras casas de lujo, esta casa familiar de dos pisos está ubicada junto a la playa. Esta casa fue diseñada teniendo en cuenta las reuniones familiares, desde la gran cocina y las áreas de reunión hasta las suites privadas. Hay 4 habitaciones cada una con baño privado, además de una habitación adicional. Disfrute de la playa privada de Henlopen Acres, ande en bicicleta por las calles tranquilas y sombreadas, camine o nade en el cercano parque de Cape Henlopen, o simplemente siéntese en la terraza de la azotea para ver el océano. It is a short walk to the beach and sits on a large lot in a natural setting with lots of privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and shady and suitable for walking or biking and yet is convenient to downtown Rehobeth. The house suits our needs and all the small improvements and repairs we suggested last year were made for this year. We hope to return and continue our family tradition for many more years.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has stayed at this house for years because we love the location. This year there were 3 pages of rules and regulations that were sent prior to our arrival, which were not welcoming. Upon arrival it was obvious that one of the bathrooms had not been cleaned, the toilet was covered with mold. We think an entire room was missed in the cleaning process. Also, each year we mention that the refrigerator in the kitchen doesn't work properly, but it has not been fixed. The house works really well for us, and we love the beach. We just wish we felt more welcomed in the neighborhood. We love Rehoboth.

September vacation in Rehobeth Beach

Property suited our needs perfectly. Short walk to beach, short drive to shops and restaurants. Beautiful neighborhood for walking. Nice backyard for kids to play. Would recommend for family vacations We were blessed to have 4 generations gather there and everyone loved the house.
