Estacione su automóvil y camine por todas partes: 3 condominios BR / 2BA ubicados a solo 100 pasos de la playa y la piscina y a 3 cuadras del centro de la ciudad, con balcones y restaurantes interiores y al aire libre para 8 con vista a la piscina y un pico en el océano. ¡Perfecto para 2 familias o suficiente espacio para que se extienda 1 familia! 3 televisores inteligentes con Hulu Live y Netflix, WiFi y entrada sin llave. ¡Estacionamiento en la calle para 2 autos y parrillas de barbacoa comunitarias! La piscina no está abierta después del Día del Trabajo.

Las futuras mejoras vendrán con remodelación de la cocina y baños en el otoño, pero todos los platos nuevos, vasos, utensilios, ollas / sartenes, licuadora, cafetera, etc., están disponibles AHORA MISMO. Si regresa el próximo año, le ofreceremos el condominio a las tarifas de este año.

Ubicación perfecta con solo pasos de la playa para darse un chapuzón en el océano y volver a la piscina ... o darse un chapuzón en la piscina y luego en la playa por la tarde. Después de haber disfrutado de un día lleno de diversión en la playa, camine a casa y enjuague en la ducha al aire libre antes de caminar con los niños en las tablas, detenerse para tomar un helado y las famosas papas fritas del paseo marítimo, y visitar Funland. También puede dar un paseo nocturno en la playa y tablas, cenar tarde en el centro de Rehoboth y simplemente caminar de regreso al condominio.

Capacidad para 8 personas (2 camas queen nuevas, 2 camas individuales nuevas y un sofá cama queen en la sala de estar). El dormitorio principal tiene su propio baño y un balcón. Dos habitaciones tienen sus propios televisores inteligentes. El comedor tiene capacidad para hasta 8, con comedor al aire libre para hasta 8 también. ¡Un elevador para cargar y descargar fácilmente su automóvil o un día en la playa! Hay una lavadora y secadora para su uso y aire acondicionado central.

2 sombrillas de playa, 2 sillas de playa y algunos juguetes de playa disponibles para su uso.

Los inquilinos deben proporcionar sus propias sábanas, toallas y productos de papel / jabón. Si elige, también puede solicitar un paquete de ropa de cama (que incluye sábanas y toallas de baño) a través de nuestro administrador de propiedades con el contrato de arrendamiento.

The condo was in a great location and very clean, which we appreciated. However, the space felt somewhat dated and tired. For an off-season stay, the cost seemed a bit high for the overall experience.

Cute little gettaway

We rented this in off season to stay for the Coastal Delaware Running Festival. It was clean and comfortable and we were very impressed. A great stay!

Wedding trip

It was a good location for us - close to church and venues where the rehearsal, wedding reception, post wedding reception and breakfast were held. Walkable location for most of our destinations.

A Very Nice Stay

This condo, just a few steps from the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, was a terrific option for our party of seven. The condo was recently renovated and had a large balcony overlooking the pool. Would definitely rent it again.

Property was beautiful. Furniture in living room could be better. Not very comfortable and not enough seating for 7.

Sharon C: We are happy that you liked the property overall. In regard to the furniture (like the kitchen, bathrooms, etc), much of it was new in 2020. Every spring, we check to see if any of the furniture or other items should be replaced or need any repairs. We usually replace or update 1 or 2 items every year to keep the condo fresh. The condo is 1,300 SF (3BR, 2 BA with a pull-out queen sofa) and generally is designed for an extended family or two families. Our typical guests are 3 generations (grandparents, parents and kids) or 2 families each with kids. It is not a party house and is not really designed for 7 or 8 unrelated adults. The dining table is set up with 6 chairs, with 2 additional dining chairs in the closet. Please check out the new photos for the 2023 season that will be posted soon.

Great Location and Nice Property

Great location being steps from Beach and Boardwark and close to main street. House was perfect for our small family especially liked the balcony and the pool. Just one recommendation for improved check- in. If all that is needed is access codes, why do you need to physically check in - just send information via email at 3:00pm to new renters. Just a suggestion.

Family Reunion

Six family members from the midwest stayed confortably in the unit. Location was perfect to walk to the beach and for dinners out. Other more local family met us for shared dinner in the unit. Although the kitchen was small, it was well equiped for dinner for 12. Covered parking was a bonus but heed notice of 6 foot clearance as we saw a van fail to clear as they seemed to forget their baggage on the roof!

Fall in Rehoboth

Overall the property was good. Two problems existed for us. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The check in process was very confusing between VRBO and the real estate agency. We weren't terribly upset about it, but we also should have been informed that the pool would be closed. Location of property was great as was the deck and view. Kitchen was well appointed.

Thank you for your comments. Please note that the VRBO listing does state that the pool closes on or around Labor Day. Some years we get a few extra weeks but no promises due to weather and lifeguard availability. As far as the mattresses, we bought them in 2019 and this is our first complaint. We will evaluate whether we need new mattresses for next summer. Also we try to eleviate any confusion for check in process. When we email the lease and on this site it is indicated that further coorespondence should be through the agent that emailed you the lease and the agent generally indicates that as well, but I am sorry if that was missed and for the confusion. Lastly, we use a well respected local real estate agent and tenants have provided positive feedback in the past. Over all.... It sounds like you did enjoy the condo despite your concerns. Thank you for staying with us.

Perfect Family-Friendly Getaway in Rehoboth!We decided to head back to Rehoboth after being away for nearly 10 years, and we were reminded why it’s such an amazing destination. The beach is just as beautiful as we remembered—clean, well-kept, and family-friendly, with plenty of adult options for dining, nightlife, and entertainment if you’re not traveling with kids. The lifeguards were attentive and professional, which gave us extra peace of mind.The condo itself was fantastic—spotless, modern, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials (baggies, foil, wrap, garbage bags, etc.), which was such a delight. The kitchen was updated, well-equipped, and had a large refrigerator—perfect for family meals and longer stays.One of the highlights was the property manager. He was attentive, professional, and visible throughout our stay. On multiple occasions, he even offered to take out our trash for us—little touches like that made the experience feel five-star.The balcony was another favorite spot. With two large tables and eight comfortable chairs, it was the perfect place to relax, sip coffee, and enjoy partial views of the beach and ocean. A great blend of comfort and coastal charm!Overall, this condo is a gem—clean, spacious, family-friendly, with modern amenities and an unbeatable location. Highly recommend for anyone looking for the perfect beach escape in Rehoboth!

Coastal Delaware Running Festival

Great location with easy access to everything. Very clean with all the needed amenities. Only negative was the the wifi was not working. The wifi source was recognized, but no internet connection, and nowhere to refresh or reboot. Did not notify management as it was not big deal for this trip. Just an FYI

Great rental!

This property was perfect! Easy checkin and checkout process. Clean and updated condo with a great outdoor space and a view of the ocean. Short walk to the boardwalk and walkable to many restaurants.

location, location!

We had a wonderful beach vacation staying with our family in this condo. The best part was the location-- a quick block from the beach and boardwalk, super easy to walk to and from even with two young children and all the beach gear that goes with them. So close to Funland, you can hear the delightful squeals from the balcony at night (in a good way). You even have a peak at the ocean from the balcony as well. The condo wasn't fancy, but it was more than adequate for our family, and spacious. I appreciated having the washer/dryer and kitchen, as well as Netflix and kids toys and plates, etc. The one bummer was the limited pool hours-- we were planning to spend time at the pool in the morning and early evening pre- and post- beach, but the pool was closed then. There also wasn't much shade in the pool area. Otherwise the pool was great and we did appreciate having access to it. Sherry was very easy to deal with and all the logistics of getting in and out of the condo were also quite smooth. Would definitely recommend!

Great location!

What a great little property! We didn’t realize the pool and Funland would be closed in mid-September based on past experiences in the area but that didn’t stop us from having a great time! The whole experience from reservation to our stay was easy. Communication was great and I even texted the owners to get the Roku password and they responded almost right away! We will stay here again soon!
