Yannis and his associates are the best! They were highly responsive and most helpful on every matter including helping with a lost taxi driver! The apartment is very updated and well equipped. Location is lovely and convenient. Only negative is size of the second bathroom which is very small but had everything you needed. Would recommend.

Our stay in Ma Mason No 6 was just great. The property was clean and beautiful, as advertised. The location was very convenient for the sights, but surprisingly quiet and not overrun with tourists. The best part was the thoughtfulness of the hosts. Our family was there for our 20th wedding anniversary and the hosts gave us a fancy cake to celebrate. Our family likes to cook on vacation and the kitchen very serviceable; my only suggestion to the hosts is provide a better (larger) kitchen knife. I highly recommend their airport transfer service - saved us a lot of stress. In sum, two thumbs up!

It is the closest spot to go in the city center while it is very safe and quiet with everything that you might need just a breath away. We loved our stay at Ma Maison and were taken aback by the amazing view of the Acropolis from the lounge window! Very comfortable apartment, close to great restaurants & supermarket etc. A very easy walk to all the main attractions of Athens. Great communication with the owner.

A lovely quiet clean 3 bedroom ground floor flat in the beautiful residential neighbourhood of Mets. Views of the Acropolis and a small balcony (1chair, book and coffee). The flat is under 3 minutes walk to fruit and veg mini market and bakery or to local coffee houses and restaurants. It is 15-20 minutes walk to most of the historic central sights or 5 minutes to tram and bus stops. Mets is a quiet residential neighbourhood and not too far from the flat is a lovely playground. It is very hilly, with many pedestrian stairs as shortcuts through the streets. Worth considering if you have prams or mobility issues

Surprisingly Perfect!

Great part of town felt extremely safe and the house was great. We were able to walk into the "heart" of Athens in about 5 minutes and the showers, kitchen, rooms were as described. We used this more as a hotel versus a house but would stay again.

Great apartment

Apartment was as described. Good quality kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds. Area is quiet and safe, around 15 minute walk to the historic centre. Yannis was very easy to communicate with and flexible about leaving our luggage in the apartment on departure day. Would recommend.

Lovely apartment

We enjoyed our stay! The place was as nice as described. There was plenty of space and very clean. Just a note, the washer also can do some drying, but the drying rack provided helped finish drying everything. We loved the neighborhood, out of the way but close to everything. I would stay there again!

Great location

The property manager was very responsive and the property was well appointed. The neighborhood was just outside the touristy zone so we found some nice local eats. We walked to a number of the tourist locations or to get public transportation. Athens can be hilly so you will need to be able to navigate them if you plan on walking to/from this accommodation. I would highly recommend!

We just had a very nice stay at the apartment. It looks just like the pictures-very clean and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet but an easy walk to the monuments. We took the airport shuttle that Yannis arranged and the driver was great and checked us in. Great experience!

Outstanding!

Excellent location! Beautiful, comfortable home for our family of 6. Safe neighborhood. Easy walk to everything you want. The owner is very kind, great communication. We paid for the driver to pick us up at the airport and to take us to the ferry port. It was absolutely worth it, and he is very nice as well.

Delightful!

After having our hotel reservations cancelled we were scrambling to find a new place to stay. We found this listing and it was a perfect solution and in hindsight we are glad our hotel got cancelled because this was so much better! It is located in a central location with makes getting around great! Highly recommend using their shuttle service which was so easy and made not having to worry about finding the place. The apt was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely rebook here again.

Great location, spacious apartment, amazing views

Our experience with Ma Maison was excellent. Great communication from start to finish. The apartment was impeccably clean with plenty of space for our family of 6. In addition to being conveniently located to the popular sights, we enjoyed the close proximity to a couple close restaurants and cafes in the local neighborhood. 5 stars, highly recommended.

Unmatched experience

This host went above and beyond to ensure i had a great stay, providing recommendations, and ALWAYS making me feel welcome and comfortable. The apartment is modern, beautiful, and cozy, exactly as pictured. Plus, the view! Wow. The neighborhood (Mets) is authentic and very enjoyable, away from busy traffic and tourism, with good groceries and food options within 5 minutes’ walk. This was a great find, and the attentive host made all the difference. Five stars!

Absolutely outstanding accomodations

Extremely comfortable accommodations, full kitchen, very tastefully appointed and very nice bathrooms with a great shower in the main bathroom. Location is amazing in the Mets area of Athens, very close to the Acropolis and great restaurants and nightlife. I can’t say enough good things about Yannis and his driver Tolis. They arranged tours for us and communicated constantly with us. We unfortunately had a backpack stolen on one excursion that included our passports. Yannis helped us immensely in getting to the Embassy to get new passports. I’m am grateful to Yannis and Tolis for all their help and expert hospitality. We will definitely stay at MaMaison again!

Dreamy place

I had a wonderful stay at the dreamy Ma Maison No6! Clean, classy, and with an awesome view of the Acropolis from the balcony! I really appreciated how our hosts checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect. Very safe building with high tech locks and tucked away on top of a hill. SUPER comfy mattresses! High ceilings and quiet. Be sure to explore the lovely little neighborhood down the left staircase - highly recommend La Nonna for excellent pizza, salad, calzones, & drinks. We also loved going to the playground by the National Gardens (about 7 minutes by stroller route) - awesome shaded park with great age ranges of activities! So thankful for a wonderful stay!!! I will definitely come again!
