Top Floor at 13 Rivers Street
Within a beautifully restored Georgian townhouse spans over two levels (second and third floors), offering generous space for both relaxation and comfort.
Entrance
The main front door provides access to a communal hallway. It is shared with two other flats, one located on each floor. As indicated by our name, we are the last apartment situated on the top floor.
Kitchen
Our fully equipped kitchen is designed to provide a true home-away-from-home experience. It features a double oven, induction stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and cutlery for a minimum of six people.
We offer a selection of coffee pods, cafeteria coffee, instant coffee, various types of tea, milk, and essential cooking ingredients including oil, vinegar, and spices.
Living room/Dining
The open-plan living room features a sofa bed and seating arrangements surrounding a smart TV, along with a dining table that comfortably accommodates six individuals. The sofa bed can be configured to accommodate a fifth guest.
Sofa Bed
Sofa bed will be set up only for bookings of 5 guests. For groups of 4 guests or fewer, there is an additional charge if you would like it prepared in advance, as it counts as an extra person. Please contact us to arrange this prior to arrival.
Bedrooms
The apartment features two beautifully appointed and spacious bedrooms. Both bedroom are furnished with a super king zip and link beds, which are typically arranged as super king and twin beds but can be converted into a 2 super king beds or 4 single upon request prior to arrival ( at least 48 prior ).
Bathroom/WC
The property includes one bathroom that is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet, complemented by a cupboard for toiletries. There is a separate WC with washing machines available for your convenience.
We provide towels and complimentary WiFi is available throughout.
HOUSE RULES:
- NO PARTIES
- We kindly request that you leave the property in a neat and tidy condition.
Please dispose of rubbish in the bins provided and place any used dishes in the dishwasher.
- Please ensure that all windows and doors are securely closed each time you exit the property.
NOTICE:
- The beds are typically arranged as a super king bed and two singles. If you would like the singles converted into a super king bed, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your check-in.
