Casa Uvetta A is a characteristic and welcoming apartment situated in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps four people. From Casa Uvetta A you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Casa Uvetta A is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private terrace, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 9 km (5.6 miles) from Chiusi, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 4.1 km (roughly 2.6 miles) and a grocery store at 3 km (roughly 1.9 miles).
Casa Uvetta A is located on the first floor of an age-old stone house. You will reach it from the parking area going up a route that includes approximately 11 stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Uvetta A you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 10 meters (33 feet) large by 22 meters (72 feet) long, from 60 centimeters (2 feet) to 1.80 meters (6 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. The area is equipped with sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by awnings and by trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 4 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until mid-September.
Garden
The garden is 3000 square meters (32300 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a lovely view of the surrounding countryside. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex. Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex. Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.  Terrace
The terrace is 6 square meters (65 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include a sofa. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
