Esta moderna villa está diseñada para la vida interior y exterior con puertas de vidrio corredizas apilables que conducen a la hermosa terraza privada. Amazing stay!

Loved our stay here!! We received such a warm welcome from the property manager Felicity and were surprised when we arrived, as the unit was better than imagined from the pictures. It was a luxurious and relaxing stay. Would stay here again and again!

Great location, very luxurious accommodations, great views (not true of all Ho’olei units) and this unit has two full sized beds in the third bedroom, which was terrific for two teens plus grandparents and us. We’d stay there again

Lovely place in a perfect location

We shared this unit with our parents and we couldn't have asked for a better view or a better location. The manager was very responsive and took care of any concerns very quickly. Would definitely come back again!

Family summer vacation

This property is absolutely amazing. We have stayed at several condos in Wailea and this was by far our favorite. The view was spectacular, the place has everything you would need to cook and the room sizes were perfect. It’s a little further walk across the street to the beach and you can’t use anything from the Wailea on the beach so we used the pool mostly. The pool was fantastic and we actually preferred it to beach anyways. The gym was also great and had everything we needed. We had the best vacation and were so luckily we found it through VRBO.

Large Family Maui Trip

This was an amazing property that was tastefully furnished and decorated. It was well stocked with all a family would need for a vacation in Maui. Close to the beaches, close to restaurants and stores, large and fun pool area in Condo complex, beautiful landscaping and neighborhood layout. My wife and I were so happy and thankful we stayed here, it made our experience so much better. Add to that the wonderful CB management and support experience/team and as we were driving to the airport after our 7 day stay, my Wife said we were coming back soon - and certainly to the same place. Wonderful place, wonderful location, wonderful renting experience.

This condo was incredible, fully stocked, and Allison, the property manage, was incredibly communicative and responsive with all questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend with the big family. Breakfast in the Lenai every morning, played cards on the Lenai with wine every evening. Such a nice time.

What a fantastic property!

This house was perfect for our two families with kiddos. Super close access to the beaches, shops, onsite pool, etc. The house was well stocked with supplies and beach accessories which was a huge help to us. Bonus for our crew was the sweet island cat that came to visit us each day on the patio. She was adorable and the kids loved her. :)

Amazing Stay at an Amazing Property!

Aloha! When we booked this stay, we were hoping for a nice place for our family of six to spend a week in Maui. What we arrived to TOTALLY EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS!!!From the second we walked in, we felt at peace and at home.The location in Wailea was incredible. Just a short walk down the hill to Wailea beach and the house provided beach chairs and umbrellas, which was great. And the resort-like pool area was very relaxing.The bedrooms were large and clean, with super nice en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen was a great central location to hang out. And don't get me started on the two lanais, one off the two downstairs bedrooms (more private) and the huge one upstairs off the kitchen with a full dining setup, a BBQ and a seating area which became where we spent the majority of our time.Oh, and my son used his spare time to learn how to play pool on the pool table. Future shark on our hands!The communication with the host was INCREDIBLE, before, during and after the visit.We will definitely look to return. Highly recommend!

Fantasy Getaway

Loved everything about this property. Everyone had their own privacy and bathroom. Spacious living area made it very accommodating for little kids. Large lanai with a beautiful view added ambiance to our daily meals out on the lanai. Everyone enjoyed themselves especially the gym and swimming pools. The property came equipped with everything you can think of. I especially enjoyed the "top of the line" kitchen appliances. The large refrigerator and ice maker was a plus, too. We will definitely return in the future.

Great kitchen - we arrived hungry and found complimentary snacks that really took the edge off. All the linens were top notch - so many nooks and crannies to get away - but plenty of room to gather as well. the pool area was so lovely and sparsely populated. Walked across the street to the beach and the sunset. Eight of us were all comfortable.

Great location, nice property!

This is a great location and is very roomy. It’s very clean and has a great view. Great for friends and family. Everything you need for the beach and is just a .5 walk to the beach. Property host was very nice and attentive. We did have a slight issue with a couple of things. The first night the smoke detector kept beeping.. haha. No problem just removed the battery. Then the bbq wouldn’t stay lit, the dishwasher broke (wouldn’t drain), and one of the stovetops kept going out. This was just a slight annoyance, but overall it was great. The gym is incredible and the pool and spa is really nice too.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve taken our family to Ho’ Olei maybe 7 or 8 times, but I think 21-3 was the best so far. It was clean, well stocked and had a beautiful ocean view. But the main luxury that made this home stand out for us was the pool table. We had so much fun playing, joking and laughing while competing in family tournaments. We ate at some great restaurants, cooked our own wonderful meals, saw some amazing sights and spent a lot of fun times at the pool and beach!We’d also like to thank Jessica at the management company for her attentiveness, concern and responsiveness to any needs or requests we had.Thank you, thank you!

A quiet paradise in a perfect location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you're looking for the perfect getaway in the heart of it all but away from the rat race, this is it. The gorgeous lanai is so inviting with spectacular ocean views(and you can hear the waves at night!). The huge hotels across the street offer plenty of amenities if you want to be in the thick of things but then retreat back to your quiet oasis. The architects have brilliantly laid out each very large unit to offer plenty of privacy. The kitchen is so well appointed and the beds are incredibly comfortable! Just a gorgeous and luxurious space! The pool was amazing as much better than crowded hotel pools! Everything was so clean and groomed. Would definitely return!!

There were a few things that were a little dissapointing such as the lanai wicker furniture is falling apart, the master bedroom ceiling fan hums and clicks, the lighing in the master bath mirror did not work and the grill smokes like heck. there is no place for the smoke to go the way it is designed.The management company CBIP was very resposive and were excellent. For this kind of money though, you shouldnt have to deal with these things. I would have given 5 stars otherwise. The owner needs to invest a little back into the property.

Spacious Condo with Everything We Needed

Reviewer Comments: We had a group of 6 adults and 2 kids stay at Ho'olei 21-3 last week, and we all absolutely loved it.The condo is even better than the pictures, and there were more amenities there than we even expected! We were happily surprised with the welcome snacks awaiting our arrival - the local treats and coffee were all delicious! We made good use of all the Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys every day. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of towels for bath and beach, and we had everything we needed for laundry as well as cooking great meals in the condo. The fridge space was ENORMOUS. Two full refrigerators for all of our food! And the AC worked wonderfully - which was a nice relief after long days on the hot beach.We had coffee and breakfast on the gorgeous lanai every day, and we all loved the pool and hot tubs. The pool area was even better than I had expected - we loved having picnic lunches in the food space, and we even made use of the nice gym while we were there! We also made sure to stop at the ice machines by the pool every morning and night to fill up all our water bottles with the "good ice". We had a wonderful stay.Oh I also wanted to mention how great the communication was from the management company. Immediately after our plane landed, I got a message letting me know the status of the condo. They continued to keep me updated without prompting on whether or not we could check in early. They were up-front about minor issues they found during inspection (none of which were a big deal to us), and they called us immediately when the condo was ready for an early check in! We also got a phone call the following day asking how our first night in the condo went. I felt very taken care of. Would definitely recommend this condo!

Making the most of a bad situation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving at our villa we were told the air conditioning was not working well. We arrived to a very warm condo. Told the the AC would be replaced after our rental. There was also a large panel on the ceiling kept open which allowed more warm air to enter the villa. This was not an acceptable situation considering the price of the villa rental. Allison went above and beyond her duties to bring 4-5 fans to our villa on a Saturday evening! Which made sleeping bearable. After 3 days the AC was fixed and we had a cool villa. Unfortunately, that added stress and anxiety to a week that was meant for rest and relaxation. The villa was lovely but AC system should have been fixed prior to our arrival or we should have been offered another option before our arrival onto Maui.
