Our host supplied us with all necessary information regarding the apartment including check-in and check out instructions.The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and more! The apartment was neat and clean.Location was excellent, only a few steps to the beach! thank you, Brenda.

Perfection on the beach

We loved everything about this Condo. The location, right on the Broadwalk, and steps away from sand and ocean. So many restaurants just a short walk away. Start of the day with a cup of coffee on the 2nd floor patio and watch the sun rise. We had a great relaxing weekend at this perfect spot.

Great location, beautiful view, responsive host

We had a great time. The property is directly on the Hollywood Broadwalk facing the beach. It's a short walk to restaurants and shops. The accommodations have everything you'd need and are as pictured in the listing. The owner is fantastic and responsive. She has a great list of restaurants if you need recommendations! All around fabulous stay.

If you’re looking for a perfect getaway, I highly recommend this beach house on Hollywood Beach, FL. The moment you step in, you're greeted with breathtaking views of the beach. The location is simply unbeatable; you’re just steps away from the sand and boardwalk, making it easy to enjoy a day at the beach or easily find a great meal. The house itself is immaculate, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. One of the standout aspects of this stay was the owner. Wonderful stay on the beach

We have nothing but good things to say about this property and communication with the owner Brenda. This property is directly on the beach and Broadwalk. Beautiful view of the ocean. The unit was very well equipped with plenty of towels and extra amenities available for guest usage. Brenda was very accommodating and a great communicator. We are looking forward to visiting again in the future!

Great beach stay

Awesome condo right on the beach. Close to walk to all restaurants and shops on the Hollywood Boardwalk. Brenda is a fabulous host. I stayed with my 15 year-old son and we used the massive couch as a bed. We used the beach chairs, umbrella and frisbee available in the unit to enjoy our time. Brenda also stocked the place with Keurig coffee, water and many other amenities. All worked out great.

Beautiful beachfront stay

The space was perfect for my husband and me! Very clean and all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. The area was great for walking and finding food! Brenda was very helpful answering my questions and giving recommendations for the best food in the area.We will return!

This was an absolute gem - perfect spot for our couples getaway. Beautiful sunrises in the morning and nice pleasant breezes at night. The broadwalk made getting around easy. Brenda, the owner, was super helpful and communicative and provided wonderful retaurantr recommendations. We ended up eating in Hollywood area as well as in Ft Lauderdale so we could try all her favorites. My wife and I are pretty picky about beds and pillows. This was fantastic. Great mattress and decent pillows. The A/C worked very well. The only comment there is that is can get a little loud as it kicks on in the middle of the night. Access to the beach was as simple as walking across the broadwalk; didn't even need shoes. Although I had heard it could be noisy at night, that is not the case for our stay. It was very quiet and peaceful at night. Brenda has just about everything you could want for a beach stay. She used to have bikes available but one finally bit the dust. She has beach chairs, umbrella, lots of towels and there was sunscreen too. We ended up eating out for all of our meals but Brenda has everything you need in the kitchen and good quality too (we looked at it even though we didn't use it). The Keurig does both pods and pots of coffee. The bathroom is very nice - tile everywhere - rocks on the shower floor. Plenty of space for us and we can't say enough good things about it. Thank you Brenda for offering such a lovely beach getaway!!

Amazing

Brenda and Jake have done an amazing job of creating a space that is welcoming and relaxing from the moment you step in. Everything you need is right there. Enjoyed staying at this beautiful well maintained home. Excellent owner communication. Greatly appreciate we were able to check-in early. Super comfortable furniture. Bed and pillows were high quality. Plenty of nice towels and extras provided made for a very comfortable stay.

This property has amazing beach views right on the boardwalk! We enjoyed the super comfortable bed and the dead quiet nights sleep. Quick easy access to the beach and many restaurants/ things to do. Loved everything about the property!

Wonderful stay. You can’t ask for a better location and host. The accommodations met all of our needs and then some. We’ve been visiting Hollywood Beach for 15+ years. The last three trips we stayed at the Sandpiper with BrendabytheBeach - it’s our home away from home.
