All restaurants, parks, museums, etc. within walking distance. Visit the hip Hollywood circle and the lively downtown Hollywood where all the nightlife begins. This single family home has no home owner's association and is kid friendly. All shopping is within a few miles. Many extras included in your stay, including provided bicycles you can use to cruise the boardwalk, large 65" flat screen tv, one parking spot for small to midsize vehicle, laundry, kitchen, large shower, impact windows, built in closet, blender, toaster, coffee maker, 3 person couch, seperate queen size bed with 10 inch memory foam mattress, beach chairs, umbrella, beach mat, and beautiful beach views. This home mixes the lavish beach front views with exciting night life and excursions. This is a studio unit for only 2 people with one main area that has couch and a seperate queen size bed with a very comfortable memory foam mattress. The front patio is shared with the 2nd floor unit that is rented separately. The 2nd floor unit has its own private access from the beach side for 8 people which is rented separately at different times throughout the year. That unit is approximately 1000 per night.

**Apologies for the mention of "POOL" under popular amenities, it is a technical glitch and is being fixed currently! There is no pool in the property!**
