AZ Paradise

Melissa was a fabulous host. She checked in with us, made herself available for any questions or recommendations during our stay and respected our privacy. The casita was a beautiful, private oasis!! The property was exactly as described and matched the pictures. The linens were soft, the bed comfortable, kitchen stocked and the casita was nicely decorated. The location is close to hiking trails, restaurants and was very safe. I can’t compliment the outdoor area enough….pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ and multiple very comfortable seating options including chaise lounge chairs. We will definitely be planning a return trip!! Great location and place

Enjoyed my stay. Central location in a quiet neighborhood was convenient to everything. Casita had plenty of space for me, was well appointed and very clean. I didn’t need anything once I arrived. Much better than staying in a hotel!

Wonderful Casita.

We enjoyed our stay at the Casita in North Phoenix. It is a beautiful property tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close to a variety of amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

A little zen getaway

The casita was beautiful! Setup very well with guests in mind; luggage racks, basic toiletries and kitchen supplies for cooking! The property is gorgeous and so peaceful, if you need a break from the hustle and bustle of life…this is it! We truly enjoyed our stay and our visit from Zoey!

Résidence de très belle qualité

Situé au nord à 30 minutes de l aeroport, Le quartier est calme les maisons environnantes très jolies aussi et les magasins ne sont vraiment pas loin (en voiture évidemment) Nous avons apprécié le grand confort de la casita, très bien équipée, lit et canapé parfaits, seul le bruit de la climatisation est un peu fort nous a un peu gêné certainement car nous ne sommes pas habitués. Les extérieurs paysagés sont magnifiques tout l arrière de la propriété est accessible c est fantastique, sans parler de la piscine (un peu chaude en août forcément) Melissa est une hôtesse attentionnée et réactive , nous l en remercions vivement.

An absolutely beautiful property! Very quiet and peaceful. Felt like we were at a resort. Melissa was very communicative and responsive. The airport, downtown Phoenix, and Scottsdale is about a 20 minute drive away! Very easy to get to anywhere you need to go.

Private little oasis. Close to everything you need and nothing you don’t. Host is very friendly and accommodating. Our second stay was just as good as the first. Will be back again.

Dream Honeymoon/Babymoon

WOW! Our stay was nothing short of magical. The other reviews were what initially drew us in and let me tell you, there were no exaggerations! The casita was so private, clean, and relaxing. Floating in the pool on a warm afternoon was bliss, especially combined with the fact that all I could hear around us was the sounds of nature, no matter what time of day it was. The neighbors were friendly and the casita was a short walk from a beautiful mountainside with lots to explore. You are a quick drive (5-10 min tops) from many grocery stores and delicious restaurants, yet feel like you are way out of town in the best way. Melissa was the ultimate host, giving us privacy but also checking in on us to ensure we had what we needed and there to answer questions if we had any. That was very appreciated. The attention to detail in the casita shows she takes pride in her home. There were zero concerns with cleanliness and it was well stocked with all essentials. The backyard was spectacular and she leaves it all for the use of guests! Thank you, Melissa, for making our trip memorable and just what we needed. We recommend this property a million times over!

Amazing Birthday Vacay

Villa De Paz is a little slice of heaven! Close to the main house, but we felt our privacy was respected the entire trip. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, even though it was not working at the time, it was a cool mini pool while gazing at the stars. We enjoyed the pool, and got a tan in what seemed like our own mini resort. The natural views were spectacular, to say the least! Bring a yoga mat to do a breathtaking sunrise flow, or an eye mask for the mornings when you want to sleep in. A close drive to Scottsdale, where we enjoyed too much delicious food. This is a beautiful place to stay for a romantic getaway or a quiet solitary retreat.

Couples Get-Away

The property was perfect for husband and I. Located in a beautiful and very quiet neighborhood close to hiking trails, it was just what we were looking for. The property was large, pool and hot tub were perfect. The casita itself had everything we needed for restful time away. Melissa was absolutely amazing and we would definitely return.

A beautiful getaway

Previous reviews were accurate…this property is a gem! Location is very good and the property is so private, located on a very lovely street which provides a great place for a walk. Melissa was wonderful, very helpful when we needed assistance with the TV service. The house is spotless and beautifully decorated. We loved the hot tub, it was too cool to use the pool. Loved our experience!

Great getaway!

My husband and I needed a trip without the kids to recharge our batteries, and Melissa's place fit the bill. The private pool and hot tub, walking distance to Phoenix Mountain Preserve, all conveniently located to shops and restaurants, was perfect for us!

Perfect Getaway

Melissa’s place is unlike anywhere we’ve stayed before. It’s A LOT of stay, for not a lot of money. Very private, spacious yard with a pool. Melissa is very easy to contact and is happy to answer any questions throughout your stay. 10/10 recommend, we will definitely be back!

5 year anniversary

When we booked this stay originally we were just expecting my husband and I. My 8 month old daughter changed our plans because she would not take a bottle. Melissa was so kind and understanding and let us bring her along too so we could still enjoy our anniversary. The casita is amazing, you could tell a lot of time and love went into it. We came back home so rejuvenated. I hope we are able to return someday soon.
