The villa is within easy reach of Assisi (15 km), Perugia (18 km), Todi (30 km), and Spoleto (40 km), making it ideally situated for families or groups of friends wishing to explore central Italy in style.
DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE

The original frescoes and period furnishings have been meticulously restored, preserving the charm of a 19th-century mansion while offering the comfort of a private home.
The interiors are bright and refined, featuring restored frescoes, antique furniture, and carefully chosen decorative details. The atmosphere is both elegant and welcoming, perfect for extended families or groups of friends.
