This is a large three-story house, located near the city centre. A short 4-minute drive (1 mile) will take you to the city centre, Albert Dock, ACC. Convenient public transportation is available with a 10-minute bus ride from the city. centre. Trains stations are a 15-minute walk away, while a leisurely 15 -minute stroll will lead you to the city centre.
The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, one toilet, one kitchen and a back garden, with no living room.
Ground floor has one large double bedroom with a king bed and a large sofa, kitchen and the back garden. The first floor has two bedrooms; one king and one double, and one common bathroom with separate bath tube and shower cubicle. The second floor has a large bedroom with one king size bed, one sofa bed and an ensuite shower room.
There is no living room, dishwasher and dryer.
There is heating, bedside tables and a desk in the bedroom. Full beddings, bath towels, and showering items will be provided.
The Kitchen is fully equipped to cook your meals. .
There is a double sofa bed on the ground floor bedroom and another sofa bed on the top floor bedroom. It will be set up for bookings with 9 guests and more. The standard set-up for bookings with 8 guests and less will be for 4 double beds in each of the rooms. For bookings with 8 guests and less, you can request to pay £20/sofa bed to use the sofa bed.
Two small to medium pets allowed with a one time pet fee of £20 and damage deposit of £100. The damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, if there is no pet mess and damage found. Your pet will not be allowed to make noise which would disturb the neighbours, if anyone complain, I have to ask you to check out right away without any refund..
There is a shop opposite the road that sells daily essentials and food. Big supermarkets are 15 mins walk away.
3mins drive to Liverpool City Centre and ACC.
10mins bus to Liverpool City Centre.
Free parking available at the property right in front of the house.
A convenient shop & many take-aways nearby, and big supermarkets (Costco) are within 5mins drive.
Check-out is by 11 am or you top up £35 to keep the room till 1 pm, if you like to opt-in for late check out. Please let me know 48 hours before your arrival if you need these services.
We cannot have drop off before the check in time. However, you can upgrade to an early check in from 130pm for £35. .Please let me know 48 hours before your arrival if you need this service
