An ideal retreat for families and friends, this charming 3BR villa with a private pool is situated in the stunning village of Pissouri, nestled between Paphos and Limassol. As you step into the villa, the atmosphere instantly conveys a sense of a cherished and well-maintained family home. The breathtaking views from the balcony enhance the allure, promising an unforgettable holiday experience. Accommodating up to 6 guests, this villa is the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility.
On the first floor of this villa, you will find a living area with a comfortable sofa, TV, and air conditioning. The adjacent kitchen is small but fully equipped for preparing any meal, complete with a dishwasher and a washing machine. The dining table is perfect for gathering your entire group for a cozy dinner.
The second floor features three bedrooms. Two of them have double beds and en-suite bathrooms, while the third bedroom offers a double sofa bed and a work area. For added convenience, there is also a third bathroom in the villa. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
From the villa's balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent sea view. The cozy outdoor dining area is an additional bonus for your leisure time. The private pool and outdoor shower provide a refreshing escape after a day in the sun.

The property is located in the peaceful village of Pissouri, surrounded by nature. As is typical in countryside settings, you may occasionally notice harmless insects or small wildlife, all part of the natural environment and completely safe. If you enjoy adventure, a sense of mystery, and a tranquil, scenic setting with a touch of nature, this home is for you. Otherwise, you may prefer a more conventional home.
GUEST REGISTRATION & RENTAL AGREEMENT SIGNING: All guests must complete our online registration form, sign the rental agreement, and provide identification. This is a requirement outlined in our management agreement with the property owner. The process takes just 1 minute to complete. Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout.
This process is mandatory by the Hotels & Tourism Establishments law KΔΤΙ 192/85, Καν. 10 & 64 (1) & (2) and you are required to complete the form to receive the key collection information prior to your arrival.
Guests will receive a digital rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.
THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION; we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.
PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!
EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS
• If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.
• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.
• Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for HighChair
• Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost.
• Parking Regulations:
You are welcome to park your car next to the villa in the street parking areas.
Please note that parking within the villa premises is not permitted.
• Barbeque Usage:
For safety and property maintenance reasons, the use of open fire barbeque equipment is not allowed on the villa premises.

FOR CARDS: Upon check-in, you will receive an energy-saving card attached to your apartment key. Please remember to remove it from the card holder when you leave the apartment.
FOR KEYS: Upon check-in, you will receive ONLY ONE apartment key. We kindly ask that you store it in the key box whenever you go out to prevent it from being misplaced and to ensure it remains accessible to all members of your group.

IMPORTANT - Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Notice:
We are committed to promoting efficient energy use in our community to support sustainability and provide a comfortable stay. Please note the following electricity usage limits:
* Studio or 1 Bedroom Apartment: 130 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 18.5 KWH.
* 2 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 150 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 21.4 KWH.
* 3 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 170 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 24.2 KWH.
* 2 Bedroom Villa with pool: 220 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 31.4 KWH.
* 3 Bedroom Villa pool: 250 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 35.7 KWH.
If your usage exceeds these limits, an additional charge of 0.36 EUR per extra KWH will apply daily. This policy helps ensure fair energy use and encourages mindful consumption, benefiting both the environment and your wallet.
