Property Details:

This charming 25-sqm apartment is located on the second floor of the building (no elevator). The flexible main space can serve as a living area, dining room, or home office, and is furnished with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and a dining table with chairs.

High-speed Wi-Fi is included, making the apartment ideal for remote work or video calls.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an electric kettle, sink, toaster, refrigerator, stove, Krup coffee machine, microwave, and oven. You’ll also find complete sets of dishes, cutlery, and glassware, along with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. For added convenience, there’s a washing machine and drying rack, as well as an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop, and broom.

The bedroom, facing the street, features a queen-size bed with a high-quality mattress for restful sleep. Professionally laundered bed linens, comforters, pillows, and pillowcases are provided, along with fresh bath towels for each guest.

The apartment has one bathroom, accessible from the hallway, with a shower, toilet, and sink. A hair dryer and complimentary toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap are provided to help you settle in comfortably.

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. The flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every arrival. The apartment is heated throughout the winter months. Please note there is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request (subject to availability).



Important Information and Policies

- Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

- Strictly NON-smoking.

- Pets NOT allowed

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

- Please note for reservations valued over €1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

Nestled in the charming Montorgueil district, this location is perfect for anyone wishing to fully experience the authentic Parisian lifestyle. The famous market street Rue Montorgueil is just steps from your front door, offering a vibrant selection of restaurants, boulangeries, cafés, butchers, cheese shops, fruit stalls, and more. Iconic landmarks such as the Pompidou Center and the Louvre Museum are within easy walking distance, while the elegant Palais Royal and its serene gardens are also nearby. Thanks to the apartment’s close proximity to the Réaumur–Sébastopol metro station (Lines 3 & 4) and nearby bus stops (Lines 20 & 38), exploring the rest of Paris couldn’t be easier. A short ride will take you to Opéra, the Eiffel Tower, the Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe, as well as Montmartre and the Sacré-Cœur. The Les Halles station is just a five-minute walk away, providing a quick connection to Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports — making travel to and from central Paris fast and convenient.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.



*In the instance that you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.



Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.
