Town: The small village of Wombleton lies in Ryedale, on the edge of the North York Moors National Park. Wombleton is ideally placed for walking, exploring the Yorkshire Coast and moors, visiting historic York and places of interest such as Castle Howard, Nunnington Hall and Rievaulx Abbey.
