Winter Delight

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this property. The home was beautiful, spacious and in a great location. We were 10 min. from Snow Basin, 20 min from Powder Mountain and about 15 min from Nordic Valley. Our host was very accommodating We would definately stay there again

Another Great Stay

This was our second time staying at this property and it was as good as the first! Great location, comfortable beds, and fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommend!

World Class Place with World Class Views For the Worlds Surf Competition

We thoroughly enjoyed our week plus at this great property. Quiet area with the essential services near by, but if you need more Ogden is only 11 min away.

Amazing house. Amazing views.

Beautiful decor and well maintained. Great kitchen and comfy beds. Kids loved the pool table and movie room. Hot tub and sauna are great for recovering after a hard day of skiing. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic stay in Beautiful Huntsville

We left this house already planning to come back. The home is beautiful and exactly as described. The ping pong/pool table provided entertainment and the media room was a bonus we didn’t even know we wanted. Our dog loved it too and would run back and forth every time we let her out into the beautifully landscaped backyard. We loved how spotless the home was and how well stocked everything was. Also, coffee on the balcony became a daily ritual in the morning because the weather was so perfect and the view of the lake and the mountains behind it never got old. Large enough to provide everyone with their own space while also giving perfect areas with plenty of seating to congregate as a family. We’ll be back to this lovely home, no doubt. Thank you so much for opening up your home to us!

Our family enjoyed everything about this beautiful home and location.

Our property manager, Gwen, made it so easy to get answers - I would ask, she would promptly answer, even during our stay. Sometimes I ask the same question twice! The views were stunning and the house delivered even more than was expected. It was nice having so much room, upstairs, decks, downstairs, yard, fire-pit area. Then across the street (a short walk) was pickle ball courts (which we used), a community pool (which we did not use). Then we drove through the cute little town of Huntsville to the Peninsula for a day at the beach for the kids. Big shade tree, water was pretty warm, nice people around but not overly crowded. It was just an awesome, comfortable home and it made our vacation nice. The master bed was very comfortable. The pantry and cupboards were well stocked. I brought and bought things that were already there. I guess people buy stuff and then don't take it home.

Perfect Location. Clean, Comfortable, Quiet.

Our 2 families for a total of 9 people had a fantastic stay at Gwendolyn's home in Huntsville. The location is fantastic. It has beautiful lake and mountain views, and is a quick, easy drive to Snowbasin Ski Resort. The home was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a week's stay. We were able to cook meals in the big, well-stocked kitchen...plenty of pots and pans that are in great condition (we have stayed in several homes that lacked quality cookware). There are plenty of beds with comfortable mattresses and the kids liked staying all together in the bunk room. Love that there are 3 thermostats! It took us a couple of warm nights to realize there is a 3rd thermostat in the bunk room that needed turning down for sleeping. The theater room is also a big plus - so happy that the Direct TV has recording capabilities so we could watch The Bachelor without commercials!! The Wi-Fi worked great. And even though the house overlooks a main road, it is so quiet and peaceful. There was a lot of snow while we were there and the kids loved taking the sleds out to a nearby hill and playing. The driveway and entry was cleared when more snow fell. We had a great time skiing at Snowbasin and tubing at Wasatch Parc. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here in the future.

Perfect in every way

We were looking for a long term rental for our winter getaway and Gwen’s home was absolute perfection. From the welcome gift of cookies, fully stocked paper supplies and thoughtful attention to detail at every corner, Gwen was an amazing host for our 3 month stay. The home is in fantastic condition, meticulously cared for and maintained. Gwen was extremely responsive to questions and provided a level of service that blew our kinda (including having a Christmas tree sent for our arrival). When there was a slight issue with one of the heat pumps, she had it serviced same day. In addition, she reached out to ask if there was anything we needed on multiple occasions and had a gift of children’s games sent to the house for our use. We loved the community of Huntsville/Eden and look forward to many more winters here. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you Gwen.

Beautiful Views, Home, and Owner

Our family had an amazing time in this beautiful home that is also dog friendly. We currently live in Southern California and this was our first visit to the state of Utah so we were a little nervous not knowing what to expect given that we booked our stay for the full month of November but this home and location did NOT DISAPPOINT!! The owner was very welcoming, attentive and quick to reply when needed. The rooms are beautiful and have amazing views of the lake and mountains. The beds where very comfortable and lots of available storage. We also enjoyed many movie nights in the theater room, with snow days, star gazing and all the other additional amenities this home and location has to offer! It was definitely an unforgettable trip and we were very blessed to have found this property and Gwen and look forward to our next visit!

Beautiful Views

We visited from Las Vegas for 5 nights. We are a party of 10; comprised of 3 families including grandparents. This house has everything, plenty of room for the kids to play, a fully loaded kitchen, room for everyone to enjoy relaxation and most of all, breathtaking views! Gwen was amazing from before check in all the way until we left. The neighbor even stopped by to give us some tips on where to visit with the kids. I’ve never encountered more friendly people. We rented a pontoon and also brought our fishing boat. We also visited the beach which the kids loved. Such an amazing vacation had by all and great memories made! We will be returning!

Beautiful Homebase for Ski, Snowboard, and Snowmobile adventure !

Exceptionally beautiful home with gorgeous view. This roomy house was perfect for our gang of mixed adults and teenagers. While the adults relaxed in the huge open living room/kitchen, the teens had a great time playing pool in the lower level. We all enjoyed the hot tub and sauna after riding at Powder Mountain all day. Sunrises and sunsets on the snow-covered mountains were stunning. Equipped with all the amenities in the kitchen, plus even had sleds for the sledding hill right beside the house. I would love to stay here again. If you do not enjoy your stay here, it is entirely your fault!

Best Ski House Ever

House is amazing. Lots of space and high end. Comfortably slept 12 and could sleep more. Huge 3 car garage. Sauna and movie room were but super nice bonuses. Great location right around corner from Snow Basin.

Great property and owner!

Our family had an amazing time in this beautiful house. I will book this dog friendly property again. The owner is very attentive and quick to reply. We happily arrived during Christmas week to a decorated Christmas tree and lights on the house which was an added bonus!

Even better then expected!

We stayed for a girls trip and from the pictures we knew it would be nice. But immediately after arriving we were all stunned by how gorgeous it was! It truly was so much nicer then we anticipated! Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, atmosphere was wonderful! We loved it and we would absolutely come back.

Wonderful Vacation Home

This location is wonderful! The home is beautiful and has an amazing view. Also, it was well stocked and had everything we needed to relax. Gwen answered all our questions and helped to quickly resolve an issue that came up. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone I know.

Stay in comfort and luxury 10 minutes from Snow Basin

3 families with 5 adults and 3 children enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous, comfortable home. 3 true master suites with spacious ensuites and very large walk-in closets. Spacious bunk room with their own full bath. Comfort level was maxed out between the seating areas, game rooms, media room for big screen watching. The sauna and jacuzzi were enjoyed by all. Very comfortable sheets and towels, every convenience. I have a gourmet kitchen at home and didn't miss a beat in this very well appointed kitchen and pantry. Plenty of garage space. GORGEOUS views! The owner is responsive to any needs right away. We will return to this Best VRBO we have ever stayed in! Thank you Gwen, you are a wonderful Host!

The views of the lake and a quaint white barn are a little slice of Americana. Rolling hills, the ability to see the Milky-Way at night, and the occasional deer out back are a second life.
