Beautiful Lakehouse on Pineview Reservoir near 3 ski resorts

Four bedrooms, loft room, 7 bathroom home on Pineview Reservoir with great views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Enjoy the beautiful outdoors year round in this stunning modern home. Located within walking distance to Pineview Reservoir, 13 minute drive to Snowbasin, 23 minute drive to Powder Mountain, and 15 minute drive to Nordic Valley. This 4 bedroom/7 bathroom home has plenty of room for your large group!

Each bedroom has an ensuite and walk in closet, including the loft room (5th room). The master ensuite includes walk-in shower and soaking tub. Main level has beautiful entry, one master bedroom, large laundry room/mud room with a wash area and large bench, half bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, table with seating for 10, great room with gas fireplace and TV, and a patio with a fire pit and propane grill. Upper level includes a bedroom with queen bed and ensuite, and a loft with queen size sleeper sofa, another sofa, bunk beds, and ensuite. The basement offers two additional bedrooms (each with an ensuite), a half bath, a sauna, and a large swim spa hot tub that can fit 11 people! The basement also has a kitchenette, a large family room with a comfy sectional sofa, gas fireplace, foosball table, and a large game table.

The community has horse shoes, Bocce ball, and a large grass area is right off the patio for your group to enjoy. In addition, the community offers a pickle ball court, seasonal swimming pool, and year round hot tub. To fully enjoy the these amenities the home has (for your use): pickle ball paddles & balls, cornhole, bocce balls, and pool towels.

Kitchen supplies: Pots and pans, steak knives, cookies sheets, spices, hand mixer, toaster, 13 X 9 baking pans, coffee maker, crock-pot, pressure cooker, griddle, pebble ice machine, place mats (in sideboard), double oven, 3 dishwashers (one in basement), dishwasher detergent, dish soap, garbage bags, and paper towels.

Bathrooms: shampoo, body wash, soap, toilet paper, makeups wash cloths and hair dryer (in master ensuite).

The size of the house worked perfectly for our family! We cooked all meals at home and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we need. We enjoyed the pickleball court since there was no snow at all. The hot tub & sauna were fun too!

You couldn’t ask for a better set up and location than this beautiful house right on Pineview Reservoir. We loved the hot tub, kitchen and dining areas and our kids had a blast downstairs in the spacious hangout area. The kitchen is well stocked and the pebble ice machine was a hit with all of us. We loved staying here and hope to come back!

Pineview

Perfect for our growing family. Lots of room for the little ones to crawl and play. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Kitchen was large and spacious. Clean and comfortable all throughout.

Ski Trip Stay

We loved this house. Sauna and hot tub were amazing after skiing all day. The neighborhood is fantastic with great lake views. We had a pretty big crew and everyone had plenty of room. Deb was a very effective communicator but there really wasn't anything we needed since the house is so well set up. 5 stars for sure!

Family ski trip

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely visit again. We skied daily at Snowbasin and the commute to and from was quick and convenient (avoiding traffic coming from the south). The house was very comfortable, clean, and well appointed/provisioned. We were a party of 7 (4 adults 3 kids) - there was plenty of space. The owner was very responsive to questions. We loved it.

Perfect home in the perfect location

Absolutely gorgeous home right by the lake. We only had a 10 minute drive to the Snowbasin lifts. The home is amazingly well syovkrd with a huge hot tub and sauna and fireplaces on all floors. We could have honestly fit 10 more people in this luxury home. We had sledding hills and hiking trails right out the front door. I cant recommend this home and the hosts enough.fhikes right out the front

The house was ideal for our group - plenty of beds and room. Also loved the sauna and the extra large hot tub. Also loved the wild turkeys that would walk around - the kids thought they were great. Overall a great location for skiing Snowbasin.

Annual Lake Trip

Beautiful house with a beautiful view. Lots of fun things to do including swimming at the pool and Pineview, Cornhole, Pickleball, hot-tubbing, etc. We travel to Pineview with our family and best friends this time every year. It’s our favorite!

Property owner saved the stay

I almost left and asked for a refund because of an annoying "knocking" sound that kept a family of 4 up at night. They finally retreated to the couches in the family room. The property owner was contacted about the problem. We kept in contact back and forth- even Facetimed; he drove up from Utah County to Pineview and fixed the AC pipework that kept knocking. He saved the stay!

Fantastic accommodations!

We had two families staying together totaling 12 people, including kids from age 9-18. This was a great property for us—spacious, great amenities, clean, and convenient. There is a great amount of space for everyone to have ample room and also great space in the basement, kitchen, and dining area for everyone to gather together. The kitchen is wonderfully appointed. The hot tub is HUGE, and the sauna was a wonderful way to relax. The location is an easy 15 minute drive to Snowbasin and about 20 minutes to Ogden. We had Instacart delivery from Costco and Smiths for groceries which was really convenient. I would highly recommend this property and we look forward to staying here again for our next ski trip to Snowbasin!
