In the hills overlooking Mandelieu-La Napoule, just 10 minutes from the beach and the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, the apartment is the ideal base for friends or family who want to relax and enjoy the glamour of the Côte d’Azur.

Guests can enjoy the spacious terrace, which serves as an outdoor living space. It is furnished with a corner sofa for drinks or coffee al fresco, as well as a dining table and BBQ for memorable meals under the stars.

Back inside, the open-plan living area is full of light thanks to large glass doors that open onto the Terrace. The sunny seating area is furnished with an L-shaped sofa and a flatscreen TV. The dining table can seat 4 people and divides the sitting room from the kitchen. The sleek kitchen also has a glass door onto a terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The heated, rooftop swimming pool is shared with other apartments in the residence, as are the gym and the sauna.

Location
10 minutes west of Cannes, the charming town of Mandelieu-La Napoule is the mimosa capital of France. Each winter, the hills around the town are ablaze with colour. In the summer, visitors can relax on one of Mandelieu’s 7 sandy beaches or explore the restored castle, which is right on the sea. For self-catering, the town’s market takes place every Thursday morning from 8am in Place St Fainéant. Here, guests can pick up the freshest local ingredients.

Cannes is famous for its glamour and the beachfront promenade, La Croisette, great cafés and restaurants, as well as excellent shopping. It makes for a fun day out at any time of year.

For something a little quieter, head inland to Grasse (30 minutes). Grasse is the perfume capital of France. The picturesque town is surrounded by fields of flowers, including rose de mai, jasmine and lavender. Visitors may enjoy the Musée International de la Parfumerie or a tour of one of the many perfume houses based in the town.

The apartment is 30 minutes from Nice airport by car.
