Comfortable apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a panoramic terrace, suitable for a maximum of 4 guests.
The property is furnished in an Alpine style, designed to ensure comfort during your holiday in the Dolomites.
The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms – one with a window, shower, washing machine, washbasin, bidet, and WC; the other with bathtub, washbasin, and WC – a spacious living room with terrace and panoramic view, and a separate kitchen with dining table.
The separate kitchen is equipped with a hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, and much more.
A lovely furnished and covered terrace, facing south-west, offers beautiful panoramic views over the valley.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible only via stairs.
Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are provided free of charge.

According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:
- Adults (from 14 years): 4
- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure

Casa Monica offers a spacious apartment with terrace and panoramic view, located just a few minutes from both Ortisei and Santa Cristina in Val Gardena.
The position is strategic, halfway between Santa Cristina and Ortisei, with a bus stop right in front of the house. You’ll find a bistro, kebab and pizzeria directly downstairs, as well as a grocery store, restaurant, and ski rental just across the street.
In winter, the ski buses stop directly in front of the house, allowing you to reach the Dolomiti Superski lifts and the Sellaronda circuit within minutes and free of charge, using the provided Guest Pass.
The stop in front of the house is also a great advantage in summer, as it allows you not only to explore Val Gardena, but also to visit the surrounding destinations. Just a few steps away, you’ll find the cycling path and the Old Railway Trail, both running through the entire valley. The first hiking trails start right below the house, leading you toward Saltria at the foot of the Alpe di Siusi.
Casa Monica also offers one garage parking space, Wi-Fi, ski storage, washing machine, and bed linen and towels provided free of charge.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax and the toruist tax, aswell as the check-in.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to where they were retrieved, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a staandard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
