It is a cosy and convenient apartment, totally renovated at 2019. It is located in the real heart of Chania and it is ideal for one couple or for a family/group of three people. It is 25 m², on the 2nd floor of a block of flats and you can use the elevator or the stairs to reach it.
It`s main advantage is that it has a free of charge private parking space on the groundfloor of the building.
A cosy apartment, totally renovated at 2019, for one couple or for a family/group of three people!
As you walk in, you find yourself in the open plan kitchen and studio room. At your right, you come across the double bed as well as the convertible sofa-bed, which can accommodate a third person.
The kitchen includes: oven, refrigerator-freezer, sandwich maker, coffee machine and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.
On your left, there is the bathroom which includes a washing machine.
Furthermore, the house is equipped with Air Conditioner for heating and cooling as well as unlimited, stable wi-fi internet connection.
You will have access to the entire apartment and to its features.
PRIVATE PARKING: The apartment includes private parking area for your car! Feel relaxed and park easily at the apartment`s private parking area. Private parking through a tunnel L 580 x W 220 x H 209 cm.
Extra menities: iron and ironing board, hair dryer
We will be grateful if you take care of the house as we will take care of you!
Our guests can have access to the entire apartment and its features.
The apartment is managed by the company Bluebell Hospitality Management. One of our managers will welcome you at your check in, giving you the keys and all the neccessary information regarding the apartment. They will also come before your departure to take the keys and check the apartment.
During your stay you can contact them 24/7 and they will offer you their help/suggestion/tips about whatever you want.
The apartment is located in the real heart of Chania! It`s location is ideal, while it is next to the main steet Skalidi, where most of the shops, cafe, fast food restaurants etc are located. Moreover it is 3 minutes walking to the central Bus Station and 5 minutes to the Old Harbour.
The apartment is 3 min walk distance from Central Bus Station.
